Called NOCO because our furnace was having issues staying on. Mohammed arrived with a smile, was polite and really helpful. The price was fair and Mohammed made sure we understood all our options. We have used NOCO for years and today was a great reminder of why.

I hired NOCO to convert my heating and hot water systems from oil to gas, because I had an older oil boiler and a 200 gal oil tank in my basement from the 1950s. NOCO met all deadlines, the work was completed on schedule and at the agreed-upon price. Mike explained my options, organized the project including disconnecting oil, established gas service seamlessly, and assisted with paperwork. Workers appeared on time, were experienced, competent, pleasant and cleaned their work areas before leaving each day. This was a tough job. I appreciate the effort, skill and patience it took to get it done. I've been a NOCO oil customer for 20+ years and will continue to use them for inspections and necessary repairs on my gas heating and hot water systems.

I would not recommend this company as a propane supplier. Communication is terrible! They confirmed that they were installing tanks at 11 am. Called at 11:30 and was told they had arrived earlier like 9 am. I was home and nobody had showed up. They claim that 2 techs both called and knocked. There is absolutely no cell service at my home! No messages left! Kathy was very rude and decided they will not allow us to be customers due to being called out on lies. I will say Megan who works in the field is awesome though!

Kourtney was very professional, and personal. She called ahead of time, as requested. She arrived on time and accessed my my needs . I did have concerns and questions about the installation. Our experience using NOCO Energy for propylene glycol has been great. We have purchased in bulk truck deliveries as well as 330 gallon totes shipped to us and all were delivered within a very reasonable timeframe. NOCO has experienced and super helpful staff to work with on every order. I recommend this to anyone in need of propylene glycol!

NOCO installed new furnace and A/C units at my parents house and they were very happy with the service. The price was fair and the technician was very polite and cleaned the area when they were done. They will continue to use NOCO for annual tuneups based on their great experience.

NOCO purchased a local Buffalo HVAC company called Warm and Fuzzy. I purchased a new furnace from Warm and Fuzzy in 2019 for my Upper apartment. They installed gas line to wrong apartment (downstairs)! NOCO has refused to correct the problem, and treated me very unprofessionally when I tried to explain what happened. Said it was not their problem. I pd. NOCO, $107 for service call to confirm line was installed wrong. They then provided me with a $647. estimate to correct issue. I had the job completed by another professional, for $200.00 less. VERY POOR Customer SERVICE from NOCO. I would not refer NOCO to anyone, especially if this is how customers are treated in this neighborhood. I thought a good gesture, was to pay for any parts needed to complete job.Resident in the 14215 Buffalo zip code
