I usually don’t post Google Reviews, and if I would, it would be for films and movies, but I feel like this is a special occasion Zoom, the saleswoman who helped me select my mattress, was and is a STAR. Zoom is everything you could and should expect from someone in sales: calm, collected, professional, caring, personable, relatable, and determined. Granted, I was the only one in the store, but any obstacles that occurred when trying to figure out what the best mattress would be for me, and for the best price, Zoom made sure to help me get the best possible deal. If you’re reading this review, you’re probably thinking “Wow, this is a really raving review, surely this guy must know Zoom and he’s just helping her out.” No, I just met Zoom today, she’s that good. Zoom, if you see this, bless you a million times, and I really wish you the best in everything and anything you decide to do. Thank you so much for all of your help. To anyone else who is looking to buy a mattress, please go and see Zoom at Metro Mattress. She’s the absolute G.O.A.T. I’m sure the other workers there are just as awesome, but this woman exceeded any and all expectations. Zoom, you’re the best. Thank you SO MUCH. What a queen.

My teens and I came in looking for a new bed for my 15 year old daughter. I was particularly impressed that Zoom treated my daughter with so much respect, really listening to her and working to find the right bed for her. We'll definitely be returning.

I had a great experience at Metro Mattress in Tonawanda, NY. I was greeted by Zoom and she was wonderful explaining features and benefits of the types of mattresses that I was interested in. Her product knowledge and personality are outstanding.
I would recommend everyone looking for a new mattress to stop first at Metro Mattress and talk to Zoom.

After reading the reviews here, it was no contest about where to go for a mattress. Xoum was everything you'd want in a salesperson and more. She led us through a bed test and helped us find the perfect mattress for our needs. Not only that, but she was more than personable and a delight to work with. Delivery went smoothly and much quicker than expected! We've had a few weeks of great sleep and will recommend this location to others!

Xoum greeted us at the door, and spent a lot of time explaining the mattress to us. She was very knowledgeable about the mattress. When we made our decision, she helped us through everything. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone. It was delivered the very next day, and set up by the two guys. They were very courteous, and fast. It was a great experience!

Horrible customer service! Just stopped in to buy my daughter mattress and the worker (Asian girl) just talked on the phone and didn’t acknowledge me until about 5 mins of me being in the store. Waited about 10 mins and she still could care less. Apathetic , sales must be boomin! She doesn’t even need to sell! The vibe was she didn’t think I had the money based on appearance but I was willing to buy right there. Fire her she doesn’t treat the biz like it’s her own! Horrible experience would never go back, I’m writing this before I drive elsewhere.

I came here with my parents to shop for a mattress for myself for the first time. We were helped by Xoum who listened intently to what I wanted and made sure to take me through all the options before I decided what I wanted. The process was made easy.
Edit: After two weeks of waiting there was no word about my mattress and appears to have been an inventory issue. Xoum was extremely helpful with finding me a replacement and getting it ordered right away.

Went here to purchase a mattress and box spring and Zoom was very helpful and able to help meet me at my $1,000 budget for a mattress. Highly recommend coming here they have a great selection and are very helpful even if it's your first time buying a mattress!
