“After having lost our rep from NSM and just getting a chair we had multiple issues. The Technician Mike came out and led us to Brian who was polite, efficient, and very knowledgeable in helping get my son the wheelchair the was best fit for him. He did had not problem working with me, the school or his care coordinator when it came to answering questions or scheduling meetings! I can’t say enough about the experience we had with Brian. My son is now comfortable in his chair!”

Any questions or concerns that I have are handled promptly by knowledgeable people either via phone, text or email. Appliances are always on time and of excellent quality. “I switched my service from another supplier when I moved back to Buffalo from the Southern Tier. I bought new supplies including a new mask which they recommended. The mask didn’t last two months. Literally falling apart and hardly usable. Velcro peeling off. Won’t stay fastened. always coming apart. They worked with me and got me new headgear to replace it.
