“I was treated at the Williamsville, NY location. There was no wait to be treated. I loved Lisa, the nurse who treated me, and the PA, Dr. Sergio, was wonderful. I was diagnosed, prescribed the necessary medications to treat my diagnosis, and Dr. Sergio explained my diagnosis and the medications he prescribed. I will definitely visit this location again if the need arises. Very pleasant experience, especially considering how sick I felt!”

Wonderful ladies, polite, professional, quick and always smiling.Edit: I came back to add a comment. It is sometimes very busy as it is the only Lifelabs in the area, and still they manage to push us all in after only a 15 minute wait. Just awesome team and extremely hardworking.Thank you!”

“The woman at the front desk (who also ended up drawing my blood) was AMAZINGGGGGGG!!!! I wish I could remember her name but I came in with so much blood work that needed to be done and she was so patient getting everything ready, she even had to call my dr because they mislabeled something on the script. We need more woman/men in healthcare like her!! She was awesome. Thank you so much for awesome customer service. I will never go to quest again.”

“I'm so grateful my daughter's pediatricians partnered with KSL Diagnostics. We've been to several different locations and they've always been kind, courteous, and as gentle and patient with my daughter as they could be. The last time we went, the medical professional administering my daughter's test gave her a lollipop. I thought the was a nice touch and it certainly excited my daughter. I always get her test results within 24 hours or less. I've called a couple of times with questions (not about test results) and they always answer, and are professional and informative. One time, we went to the Youngs Road location and it was so packed that they had to direct people to other locations -- of which there are many -- or ask them to come back in a half an hour. The parking attendant was so nice about the whole thing. He genuinely did not want to turn anyone away. But, there were so many people, the line was going out into the street. (This was during one of the higher case levels, and when all kids displaying any COVID symptoms needed a negative test to return to school.) The parking attendant took the time to explain what was going on, how it also affected the other tenants of the building. It was no problem. We went to a different location. I only wish that they accepted my insurance, too. I'm glad it's easy for my daughter, though. If you're covered, absolutely, go there.”
“I was seen here Monday June 24th 2024 at approximately 8am, the lady who took my blood was really nice and normally I am left with a black n blue arm. No pain and no black and blues. Thank you for making it painless. I think if people scheduled online or knew that they could schedule online that would change the overall atmosphere.. because let’s be honest nobody wants to get blood work, we just want to get in and out as quick as possible.”

I waited for maybe 5 minutes before they took me back as a walk in. The phlebotomist was extremely professional, skilled, and pleasant. The collection process only took maybe another 5 minutes.
My visit was easy, fast, and problem free. What more could I ask for?”
“I am a "tough stick" .... I don't do well with needles and my veins are not always cooperative. The phlebotomist (unfortunately, I don't remember her name) was very patient, understanding and calming and offered to use a small needle. I barely felt the stick. Her distracting methods worked very well! Usually when I get blood draws, Samantha does them and is great. The girl that did me on Friday was also very good.”

We went in, waited 30 seconds and got called back. The flembotimist drew his blood within 20 seconds. He cried forsure but it was much less than even vaccines.”

“My phlebotomist that I was placed with today was one of the kindest souls I have ever met in my life. Noora, at the Sheridan and Millersport location was pure sunshine. I did not feel like “ just another patient” in her que, or a “ number” in her day. She made me feel welcomed, and calm, and quite frankly, just happy. You know a good soul when you meet one, and this women, has a soul of pure gold. Her phlebotomy skills are also excellent. She did not strangle and irritate my arm with the tourniquet, and I barely felt the stick. Do not loose this women! “Went to Quest on Delaware by the 290. I had a 6:50am appointment. Arrived at 6:35. I was taken back right away. They were short handed due to a call in but the phlebotomist even knowing she was going to have a crazy day was so friendly and upbeat inspite of her day ahead. I barely felt the needle go in and I was in & out in about 10 minutes from arrival to blood draw. I will definitely use this location from now on.”
