“We are shocked at how great the service is at Jamestown Mattress. We bought a Mattress 2 years ago that we knew was firm. We did use a topper to soften it a bit but realized it was still too firm for us. We contacted the company and they said since it was under warranty they would do a comfort adjustment on our mattress. They honored the warranty and we only payed for delivery. We are more than satisfied with this company that honors its promises and shows up when expected. Our next mattress will be purchased through Jamestown mattress.”

“I was so impressed with your sales representative “Adam” who went over the top in helping us replace one of our nightstands due to damage that we unfortunately caused. The nightstands were originally purchased from Raymour 18 months ago. We’ve purchased other furniture from Raymour in the past and have always been satisfied with the service received. I called the store to see if we could purchase a replacement nightstand and was told by the store rep at the time that it was no longer available. So for the next several days my husband and I discussed how to remedy this problem including hiring a furniture refinisher to fix the damaged piece. But just for the heck of it, I went on the Raymour website, and there was the nightstand we needed! The website indicated that there were 7 available. I immediately called the Amherst store and had the pleasure of speaking with “Adam”. I mentioned that I had called the store the week before and told him about the response I got. Adam had the diplomacy and decency to say that the other rep was likely not at fault because the system may not have updated stock availability at that time. He helped us thru the order process, delivery process, and continued to follow up to make sure that we were satisfied with the whole transaction. If I could give more than five stars I would. Adam is a credit to your firm.”

“Xtreme ruined our day (it's a joke, keep reading)! My mother and I were all set to spend an entire day laying on mattresses and trying to find her a new one that was both comfortable and affordable.
When we walked in, we were greeted immediately. We told him what we were looking for, and the sales associate guided us to the correct type. We only laid on about three or four before making a selection.
The pricing was incredible, it included delivery, and we were in and out within about a half hour!
We had our entire day planned, but Xtreme made the process quick and easy! We didn't need to visit other stores as we were really happy with our selection at Xtreme. We had no idea what to do with the rest of our day! We sat in the parking lot both relieved, but also in disbelief at the great value and service we'd just received. No pushiness, no pressure, just a simple and satisfying shopping experience.
I wish I could remember the names of the team-members, but we went on a Saturday, and he said he is there nearly every weekend.”
“Save your paperwork! After a year the mattress has given up any support it had. It's now hard and the side has blown out. Great people to deal with put subpar product. *Update* They were extremely helpful sending me a copy of original purchase paperwork and sending how to receive a factory warranty. I'm unsure how the mattress failed seeing how my wife and I are not obese but with the customer service we received I'll definitely buy from them again.”

“Bought a mattress for a full-size futon. It turned out to be too hard for our needs. Came back to exchange. We had followed the exchange policy and purchased and used a mattress cover and returned within the 30 days of delivery. The salesman...very knowledgeable... helped us determine a better solution. Slightly more expensive matress...to accomodate a specific physical condition. We are awaiting delivery. I'm very happy with the experience!”
