“I usually don’t post Google Reviews, and if I would, it would be for films and movies, but I feel like this is a special occasion Zoom, the saleswoman who helped me select my mattress, was and is a STAR. Zoom is everything you could and should expect from someone in sales: calm, collected, professional, caring, personable, relatable, and determined. Granted, I was the only one in the store, but any obstacles that occurred when trying to figure out what the best mattress would be for me, and for the best price, Zoom made sure to help me get the best possible deal. If you’re reading this review, you’re probably thinking “Wow, this is a really raving review, surely this guy must know Zoom and he’s just helping her out.” No, I just met Zoom today, she’s that good. Zoom, if you see this, bless you a million times, and I really wish you the best in everything and anything you decide to do. Thank you so much for all of your help. To anyone else who is looking to buy a mattress, please go and see Zoom at Metro Mattress. She’s the absolute G.O.A.T. I’m sure the other workers there are just as awesome, but this woman exceeded any and all expectations. Zoom, you’re the best. Thank you SO MUCH. What a queen.”

“Got a mattress with Ted. He wasn’t pushy, he was very well informed, and he was patient! He gave us all the pros and cons to the different types of mattresses. He really sold us on the latex, explaining how replaceable the high wear parts were and how we can even adjust the firmness on each side of the bed based on partner preference. Easy to work with. Delivery was great too, two young men came and were very respectful, even took off their shoes to bring the mattress up as well.
Great experience. I would highly recommend. Shopping local is worth it for the excellent service, superior product and supporting small business! I’d definitely go back again.”

“Xtreme ruined our day (it's a joke, keep reading)! My mother and I were all set to spend an entire day laying on mattresses and trying to find her a new one that was both comfortable and affordable.
When we walked in, we were greeted immediately. We told him what we were looking for, and the sales associate guided us to the correct type. We only laid on about three or four before making a selection.
The pricing was incredible, it included delivery, and we were in and out within about a half hour!
We had our entire day planned, but Xtreme made the process quick and easy! We didn't need to visit other stores as we were really happy with our selection at Xtreme. We had no idea what to do with the rest of our day! We sat in the parking lot both relieved, but also in disbelief at the great value and service we'd just received. No pushiness, no pressure, just a simple and satisfying shopping experience.
I wish I could remember the names of the team-members, but we went on a Saturday, and he said he is there nearly every weekend.”
“Save your paperwork! After a year the mattress has given up any support it had. It's now hard and the side has blown out. Great people to deal with put subpar product. *Update* They were extremely helpful sending me a copy of original purchase paperwork and sending how to receive a factory warranty. I'm unsure how the mattress failed seeing how my wife and I are not obese but with the customer service we received I'll definitely buy from them again.”

“It was our first time in a sleep number store the employee Danny I think it was took us through the whole process of getting our sleep number. He was very pleasant to work with. He took us around and showed us all the different models and features even tho we kinda had a idea of the bed we were interested in getting but he wanted us to experience all the different ones and we almost chose a cheaper model than we were there to buy. But he was not pushy at all and just left it up to us and just wanted us to be comfortable. We were in the store for about a hr and a half or 2 hrs and everything went very well. He was very knowledgeable about the products that he was selling and gave us some of his personal experiences with using the products to help us have more information when if we were going to choose the half split king or full split. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I can’t wait until we get our bed delivered hopefully we like it as much as our experience buying it.”
