Unbelievably bad business practices! We signed up for month to month outside vehicle storage three months ago due to a promotion. I just found out my rate will increase by 60% next month due to "market conditions". This is a classic bait and switch tactic...renters beware! Not a trust worthy company! Needless to say...we will be ending our business with Life Storage!

Doug was extremely helpful and made the process very easy, especially since it was my first time renting a unit! He went above and beyond to make sure I understood how everything worked. The facility is very clean, and I like the drive-thru option. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in the area!

This storage facility is fabulous and Doug was outstanding in assisting me through the process - I never needed a storage unit before this and Doug was extremely knowledgeable and professional in helping me select a unit that meets my needs - Doug is always available to answer questions or assist when necessary - the facility is spotless and easily accessible in addition to being extremely well lit. I would highly recommend this storage facility for any storage needs and I would highly commend Doug for his excellent customer service.

An excellent storage facility: very clean, spacious, secure and well-lit. Doug was great at making us feel welcome and was very professional, polite and personable. The facility is climate controlled with drive-through access for weather-friendly drop-off or pick-up. We are very satisfied and confident with having chosen this Life Storage for our moving needs.
