Glad it takes 20 minutes to make a sandwich and they can’t even give me my sauce for my tenders these guys always screw up my order very disappointing there’s my receipt so everyone knows I’m not someone just talking bad about the place I ordered at 3:55 didn’t get served till 420

I just found a clump of hair ...like from the bottom of a broom in the bottom of our French fry container my whole family there to witness...I have a weak stomach and literally got sick ... absolutely disgusting!!!!!

I ordered extra crispy chicken and chicken tenders and fries. The chicken was soggy!! Even the fries and chicken tenders!! My daughter would not touch it. The chicken and fries tasted like they had sat out for awhile. I will not be going here again. Maybe try the new “ hot chicken” place on Niagara Falls Blvd or Popeyes on Elmwood.

The advertised KFC "11 herbs and spices" were conspicuously missing. I chose the "crispy" version. It was crispy but was greasy. I ordered the two piece (it comes with one side dish) so I don't know about the mashed potatoes. The coleslaw and biscuit were fine. The drive through customer service was lackluster. (Some places are better than others) Perhaps it was an off night. Everyone has them but I'm not interested in trying this location again.

I have a complaint to make about this restaurantWhen I arrived to make a purchase, the store was clearly open, but the front doors were locked. I could see staff inside servicing only the drive through, and they refused to unlock the doors for me for half an hour. I was forced to wait out in the rain, knocking on the door before they finally deigned to unlock the door. It was extremely unpleasant. The young man who took my order, Ray-Ray, was also very rude and refused to apologize for locking the doors despite the restaurant very clearly being open for dine-in. This was a very frustrating experience and I believe that people should know about it

One person ahead of us. It took forever for the food !!!! 8 nuggets!!!!!! The workers are totally out of it! They seem to be in a daze. No customer service skills. They walk like they are 90 and seem to be 20. Worst KFC experience ever!!!!!

We go here instead of the Elmwood location that's within walking distance.** four months later and apparently they only do drive thru service. I went yesterday and waited for someone to come to the counter. One person did, but only to clock out.I left and waited in the drive thru line, probably 25 minutes total.
