Customer service is severely lacking. Ray is consistently rude and doesn't know how to talk to customers. Very unpleasant to go to this store. I rather spend my money elsewhere to purchase HVAC supplies after multiple bad experiences with this guy. However, The other clerks are very pleasant.

If you don't have an account with them, they won't tell you a price on the phone. So you have to drive there to find out a price; in my case 20 minutes each way — but I have nothing else at all to do with my time. I had already decided, based on that alone, that I would never go back, but now that I'm home I've discovered the furnace filter I just paid $43 for there (no one else in town has them in stock) is $29 online. No wonder they refuse to tell you the price; they know you would never go there if they did. AVOID.
