Customer service was very rude, instead listen simply reply NO, better to move for another company. Will not visit again.

Great service! Had the part I needed right away. Helped me get the correct part via the model number. Quoted price immediately over the phone. Held part for me. Would definitely call them again.

Good guys, on the ball, and helpful when you have a problem. I'm an independent repairman but I work for other contractors, and they hook me right up. Right off the Thruway, too.
