“I went in today after having a TON of confusion on the website, just wanting to trade in and upgrade from an iPhone 13 to an iPhone 14. The website told me I’d need to put a $400 down payment on the phone, trade in my old one for a $250 credit, and then pay the rest of the phone off for 36 months. I am so BEYOND THANKFUL I got Ashaley as the representative to help me. She was absolutely delightful! She was friendly, welcoming, extremely helpful, and I don’t think I’ve ever had a better customer service experience in my life- and I WAS a customer service representative at one point! She helped me upgrade to the phone I wanted without any down payment AND worked her magic to get me more credit from my old phone, and I mean enough to pay my phone bill for the next year or more! She did convince me to upgrade my monthly insurance, but with all the credit on my account, now if my phone breaks, I won’t have to pay a penny for a new one! I don’t know how she did it, but coming from somebody who was with Verizon just a couple months ago, I will never ever go back to any other service. I’m praying if I ever go into the Spectrum store again I get Ashaley. She was really just wonderful. Thank you so much?”

As far as I can recall, we have never had any downtime during these 8 years. Support is incredibly fast, they usually respond in just a few minutes after submitting a request. All their staff are well trained and take care of any task we throw at them. I can't really find anything negative to say about them. I just hope this level of service continues for our future with them.I am not sure why they have any negative reviews as they take spam seriously. They have their own in house mail volume tracking which null routes IP's that have a high volume of mail. They also work closely with Spamhaus to keep spammers off their network. I can only think the negative reviews here are fake or from people with baseless information.”
