The workers here are extremely rude and seem like they do not want to help you…whenever I go to usps or ups they are always happy to help me with packing or printing or taping but the worker here are so stingy..just for a piece of tape…like I brought my own box and label the least they can do is help me tape…but they so stingy about just giving me a strand of tape….just like the other reviews they make you feel like an inconvenient…I come here many times and everytime I come here they look like they hate my gut lol…like I’m thinking did I do something wrong because they look at me in a nasty way lol…I guess they are just miserable people..

I desperately needed my résumé printed and I came in 10 minutes before close. Emily went totally above and beyond for me and the other two customers she was serving. By the time I left it was several minutes past closing time and she remained completely professional and helpful. Thank you Emily!!!

The older man with white hair and beard was VERY rude. I needed a shipping label to return a package and he refused to help me! He just kept pointing to the sign to do it myself. When I kept getting errors on my phone, he basically treated me like I was stupid and told me to keep trying. Finally he went somewhere and the nice girl who seemed afraid of him helped me. I will NEVER use this location again. I can’t believe FedEx would employ someone so hateful and rude!

The employees that work here are terrible. Extremely rude and not helpful. Employee refused to take a return that was a no box no label needed return. it was in a box (not the proper box). I went to the FedEx nearby and they took it just fine. she had an attitude immediately upon arrival. Guess she was having a bad day.

Store was Not Ready and Open AT 8am. At lease I wasn't the lady they went up to the door before they even came to open it 3 minutes later. I thought FedEx was All about the Being On Time...

The people who work here is the main problem of this cursed place, especially the big white beard guy. He yelled at me just because I did not see where he was pointing at for the first time. For several times he was rude to me and someone I knew.One time I had to return a pricy parcel here and that parcel was stolen.Everybody on earth knows Fedex is corrupted, wondering why those evil companies are still willing to work with them.

Rude employee working on Friday just before closing. Apparently fed ex can't ship if you have your own envelope. Also they can't ship to PO boxes. Open an hour later than UPS a moment away for nothing. How am I supposed to know they don't ship to PO boxes. Probably should put a sign on the front. Get your night closer to chill out too. I felt so rushed and it ended up being for nothing after taking my license and making a hassle about having an envelope that says USPS on it. Never again for me fed ex.

I had to return an item. The guy at the counter was EXCELLENT he brought the item in the store for me and was very helpful getting the item shipped I really appreciate it and I highly recommend that EVERYONE go to this location and get your shipping and copying or whatever service you may need done here I wished I got his name but trust me you will not be disappointed
