I had a very positive experience at this FedEx location with a Sam's Club return label that wasn't scanning properly. The staff were very helpful and patient as I tried a few different methods of generating the PDF for the return label. A+

This location has the worst customer service on the planet. The older man with white hair acts like any question or service you need is the biggest inconvenience. He’s extremely condescending and couldn’t care less about actually doing his job. When I walked in today he told me to use the self service kiosk to drop off a package and wouldn’t even look over at me. The package bin was overflowing and full. I asked if I should put the package in there if it was overflowing and he replied “well then you bring it to the counter.” I literally walked up to the counter first, he’s just creating extra work and wasting customers time by not wanting to acknowledge or do his actual job. This is the third time I’ve had to deal with him and every single time he’s rude and dismissive.

The woman i dealt with was very rude and condescending. Zero customer service skills. Obviously i know little about shipping thats why i go to a professional. Must have gone to the wrong location.

Normally I would bring any items and the personnel would scan the pre-paid labels. Today I got introduced to their new system (new to me) and the young lady on the counter gave me an attitude about it and rolled her eyes as if I was supposed to know.

The workers here are extremely rude and seem like they do not want to help you…whenever I go to usps or ups they are always happy to help me with packing or printing or taping but the worker here are so stingy..just for a piece of tape…like I brought my own box and label the least they can do is help me tape…but they so stingy about just giving me a strand of tape….just like the other reviews they make you feel like an inconvenient…I come here many times and everytime I come here they look like they hate my gut lol…like I’m thinking did I do something wrong because they look at me in a nasty way lol…I guess they are just miserable people..

I desperately needed my résumé printed and I came in 10 minutes before close. Emily went totally above and beyond for me and the other two customers she was serving. By the time I left it was several minutes past closing time and she remained completely professional and helpful. Thank you Emily!!!

The older man with white hair and beard was VERY rude. I needed a shipping label to return a package and he refused to help me! He just kept pointing to the sign to do it myself. When I kept getting errors on my phone, he basically treated me like I was stupid and told me to keep trying. Finally he went somewhere and the nice girl who seemed afraid of him helped me. I will NEVER use this location again. I can’t believe FedEx would employ someone so hateful and rude!
