I randomly stopped in as I was new into the area, after afew minutes into conversation "I'd found a mechanic". He's knowledgeable in his craft, his prices reasonable-to-fare*"Most of all", he allows me to bring him my parts & charges me for his labor. Both Ed's & his wife are down to earth & conversation is easy, their all around welcoming as apple pie.

I usually have a guy to do things to my car. However he was booked weeks out. Do not come here unless you like to be ripped off. It's 60 dollars for a scan on your care alone. At auto zone you can do it for free. When I mentioned this to him he started to tweak out saying well my machine is 6,000 dollars and theirs is only 50. Well guess what, I did take it to them and they narrowed it down to two things one of being what was actually wrong with the car. Next he charges me 30 for a gas cap. I get it you have to make money but 60 for the scan and 30 for the cap all together is robbery. Whenever I go to my guy he never charges for the scans and will actually work with you. This guy didn't like that I had said I was upset about the price and then he starts going off on me. You would think being a smaller shop you'll try to work with the community for a better experience yet I get charged dealership fees for a small business. I will not be returning and sticking to my guy who won't rip others off. I later called around a bunch of small businesses none of them charge close to 60 for a scan

My girlfriend and I moved right around the corner from Ed’s, we both took our cars there for various repairs recently and Ed was very helpful, professional, and a straight shooter when it came to the repairs. When picking up our vehicles both Ed and his wife were very friendly and welcoming. Would recommend Ed’s Auto to anyone!

Always so methodical and meticulous which is welcome...50+ years of wrenching means you get professional service and repairs, many times when you call for appt the moment you tell him the issue he's telling you what the problem is,how he will fix it, and he has no problem with bringing your own parts for repairs.

Fixed our car in a nice time frame. The owner is very nice and has positive attitude. Also his hours are convient if you need your car back during the day. The hours are 530am until 330pm
