She does a little bit of everything!!! She is always learning new and better techniques to speed up the process as she works independently. She is always reasonably priced and offers great suggestions! She has done so much of our bowling shirts, she just did our welcome bags for our destination wedding in October and much, much more!

Very rude and unprofessional on the phone, so much as to say, she almost closed the call in my face!!! Refused to give me any price range estimates through email, even though I was willing to send all the specific details of the garment, measurements and design of the embroidery. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Sorry, but if you are looking for professionalism and genuine business courtesy, look somewhere else...

Dawn, the owner and operator, is excellent at running the business. I’ve had two orders so far from her and I’m hooked. Just coming in as a man with an idea, she helped to refine the vision and make products that were unique to me. There is no shortage of inspiration based on what she has in stock, plus you can bring in your own items and ideas to get embroidered. She’s running the show full steam even amid the pandemic; very polite over the phone as well as in person. As a guy from out of state, I love that I was able to find a place like this. She reflects buffalo’s “city of good neighbors” moniker. High quality products, very affordable pricing. Support small businesses and give DD a try!

Never again. Rude. Unprofessional. Poor Quality. Overpriced.Sorry to say it, but if you're looking for somewhere to get your embroidery done, look somewhere else.
