I highly recommend this place for any repairs! Had multiple issues with my sons Ps5 hdmi port & let Oogie Games "supposedly" fix it, twice. Shame on me! After having the same issue happen a 3rd time, I brought it to Michael & he cleaned up the area & fixed the issue the right way. So glad it was able to be saved & I can't thank C-zone enough! He also cleaned up the console for me at no charge! A+ customer service, turnaround time & price!

The service is AMAZING here! I took my iPad in for a charging issue and the owner had it fixed in no time at all AND he didn't charge me a dime. This is unheard of!!! I've taken a laptop and also a desk computer here and again, repaired very quickly and the pricing is the most reasonable I've ever seen. I highly recommend CZone and am a customer for life!

Not too long ago,I was struck with the unfortunate reality that my Playstation 5 was not working as it once was. I took it to Mike, which turned out to be the best decision. Mike at Czone was not only able to fix my HDMI port, but he cleaned the entire system, explained the issues to me, how to avoid them in the future, and most importantly, he didn’t give up when the repair got tough. The repair was done right when he said it would be and for a reasonable & fair price. I wholeheartedly believe that if I had taken my console to a big-name corporation it would still be broken, and I likely would’ve had to pay more. Big thanks to Mike!

Bro really hmm ever since I visited you let's say not long ago guess what womp womp u did a slight not over exaggerated bad job more info once replied to Update Reason: You said it was slow because of pop ups which ☠️ even a thai computer repair shop can tell a mile away that it's a lie and also in fact 68gbs and still slows ☠️ note: Did you really put effort because all I need to do was go to another shop and boom 300$ still pending because no decision yet from us 2:Don't get mad at this comment this is ture information if got replied because I have looked at the replieds so on to the computer issue.../ So you said just skip the power not receiving power and for 2 months it's barely worked untill you know what happens the bluescreen of death fun fact if it brings you to a language select turn it off and open again.so asking to you did you not put on the GPU thermal paste/Learned from that one Salem shop ?.Oh one last thing once replaced GPU thermal run cinebrench on it for testing of lag.

My son's Xbox Series S was overheating, shutting off on its own, and games were crashing constantly. I found CZONE online and took it there for repair. We got it back today, and our Xbox now runs like it's brand new!! Literally no more problems, and my son can play without interruption. I'm so happy I took it here instead of spending money I don't have to purchase a new one. CZONE did an amazing job for a very reasonable price!! I will definitely be bringing my electronics here for repair from now on! Thank you, CZONE!!

Came in for my pc turning off and on with out fully booting. Mike was able to look over the issue and without any repair needed he resolved the issue. Friendly, respectful and fast service. Im looking forward to coming back and get some upgrades soon!

Ahh!! CZONE!! Where do I start. First, Michael the owner actually answered the phone when I called. That today is amazing and refreshing. He listen carefully and quickly helped. My hard drive on my PC Computer died. I was in severe panic mode. Michael was tentative and showed interest immediately. He even came to my house a few hours later to check my computer out and took it back to his shop. Michael is very knowledgeable. He explained what I needed, the price, and said he could have it back to me later that same evening. Are you kidding me (I thought) that's incredible. Yes, please! Above and beyond reasonable. Michael did the work and brought back my my computer with it's new hard drive and set everything back up again for me. Fast and professional. He did everything he said and then some. Perfect! I can't say enough. Michael is good people. He has a fun sense of humor with positive energy, a pleasure to have in my home from the start. I would definitely recommend CZONE. I'm so pleased. Can you tell? Lol. I now have my tech guy. I'm definitely relieved to have such reliability around the corner. YES! I'll definitely call CZONE again for any future computer or tech issues. I rate CZONE/Michael 5 Stars with confidence. 10 if I could. : )

My name is James. I came here to get my PS5 cleaned and I got more than just that. I don’t know how to properly explain what Mike did but the results are amazing. He’s very friendly but also informative too. I’m glad I didn’t go to asurion for this, at CZONE I received actual respect and knowledge from someone who knows what they are doing.
