Overall citizens is fine. But one specific person at this branch is just awful. If you are unfortunate enough to have Christine help you, then I apologize. I use the term “help” loosely, because she will not help. She deflects all banking problems to anyone else besides herself because she can’t be bothered. When she can’t help you, she does it in the most rude way possible. But I knew what i needed help with is something she can help me with, since the person next to me called seconds before and was granted the same request I asked. It’s astonishing to me someone would hire this rude individual to anywhere, let alone a job where customer service is required.

Extremely rude bankers, especially Christina who was impatient with me even though I clearly have a disability. She tried her best to get me off the phone asap and didn't want to be of any help. Before I got her on the phone she picked up the phone and hung it up making me call again. Do NOT go to this bank. Called a different Citizens Bank with the same issue and the lady was a lot more patient with me, and even looked up some things to try and help me out.

I heard great things about the Clear Better Business Checking and needed to open my first business banking account ever as a twenty-some year old. I hadn't been in a bank in-person for several years and was a bit nervous. The staff ended up being SO friendly and the manager Jennifer made the whole process painless! She was so personable and wanted to get to know me as a person. Love this branch. And I'm officially a Citizens fan!

My husband and I have been banking with citizens a little over a year now, and we're very happy with them. They have a very easy to use app for our phones, so we're always aware of everything going on in our accounts. All the staff are very nice as well.

Let me tell you the awful experience I got to stressfully go through a couple weeks back, and I still haven't been paid for it. This is more for the ATM machine right outside the doors of the bank. This has always been my go to bank for when I would get out of work on Friday nights, as I waitress and would have money on me I didn't particularly want to have on me at one time. So I would use this ATM machine as it was in a convenient location and seemed safe & secure. I arrived here at about 2:30 in the morning on a Saturday. I deposited $$$ into my account, it made a couple weird noises, then said the transaction failed and it would be returning my money. Well.. 30 minutes later, no money. I contacted their 24 hour Customer Support and was told I needed to call back in 30 minutes due to them having a system update and they couldn't help me until then. The way this ATM is set up, is that there's two security doors. The first one is where you use your chip on your card to open it and once that door closes the second door will open. Well to get out, the first door will close, then it will unlock the second door to the outside. So imagine your $$$ stuck in the ATM machine as well as your card. So needless to say I was stuck inside this bank with no way to get back in if I wanted to. I ended up calling the COT non emergency number, and dispatch sent out an officer to check up on me since I told them I wasn't going anywhere without my card. After calling back and being told I would have to file a claim at 8am that morning, and most likely my deposit didn't go through because of the system updating.. my lesson is learned. I will never be using this ATM machine again. It's been more than 10 days, but they go by business days.. I have not received my $$$ to this day (Jan 28th) and was told their still processing my claim.. ridiculous. One of the many reasons I'm closing my account with them after this claim clears. Beware.
