Dropped off a USPS box and needed a strip of tape to attach the label. Workers said they're "not allowed" to give out tape and made me buy a $4 roll of tape. I'll spend my money at a place that isn't so damn cheap.

Was strongly considering this to be my new pharmacy. The Lady behind the counter was a bit rude when I came in. Ill just stick to my corporate pharmacy for now.

Best pharmacy in Buffalo. I would never go elsewhere. The pharmacists know all their customers by name. The staff are excellent. The gift shop is bonus, as well as all shots, vaccines, and a compounding pharmacy. Put the big chains to shame, it’s not only supporting local, they are far superior.

They don't all seem to care much for their jobs there. Customer service with the pharmacy is questionable and that concerns me. Your jobs are important. Please act accordingly.

I like to use the post office in Brighton-Eggert Pharmacy. The place also has a unique and nice smell about it. They have a great candy selection and Gumball Machine!

Used to use Rite-Aid who ALWAYS did automatic refills and ALWAYS called my doctor when the refills ran out. Decided to switch to Brighton Eggert when I moved since it's close by and thought it would be good to support a smaller local business. Seems that was a mistake on my part. They tell me my scripts are on automatic refill, yet I have to call them to order it when I'm getting too low. Last time this happened they told me I didn't have any refills left and had to call my doctor. I guess I was spoiled by Rite-Aid since they used to just do this automatically for me. Most times when I call Brighton Eggert, I get an attitude from the woman on the phone. And when I go into the store there's 6 or 7 people behind the counter yet there's always a line of people waiting to get waited on. So much for trying to support a local business. Apparently, they don't care about their customers.

UPDATE DONT GO HERE, I JUST LEFT THIS PHARMACIST FOR GOOD BECAUSE IF DON PHARMACIST AND OWNER, TRTING TO RUN HIS PLACE INTO THE GROUND AND TURNED COVID MILL. Owner is money hungry and gready. Used to be a good pharmacy but they get offended they can't count, or maybe since the owner filled it he's enjoying them! Thanks Buddy! He gladly added the 3 pills missing back in. The more I scroll seems to be a trend with Don yelling at women. Also a trend in complaints since 2020. That's when I noticed Don's attitude change. The week my father died I needed an emergent refill on my anxiety medication and don screamed through the entire store that I was abusing my *****, even though my doctor personaly called him. I told him about my dad crying he apologized after he violated my HIPPA rights and has been nice till yesterday when my pills were short for at least the 4th time this year, I called him out on it for the very first time. Never seen a pharmacist eagerly hand over 3 narcotics while screaming at you. Even his employees were shocked at his behavior and apologizing as I recounted my pills again because I can't even trust a pharmacist. I was told he is out of control becoming nastier and nastier every week. Watch out for DON, everyone else is fantastic. He hires great people but he himself acts like the devil.

With the drive thru testing setup they have in place it has literally been a God send! We’ve had to get the kids tested numerous times this year for school. It’s hassle free, in and out with no issues and they’re friendly, quick and efficient! I was so tired of dealing with the corporate pharmacies in the city! These people are kind and compassionate, soon as we moved back to Kenmore I remembered the one place that had one of the last pay phones that your parents could call you back on as a teenager! It was all for a reason! Lol..Great Job!

Great local pharmacy, friendly and efficient staff. Great gift ideas and if you are in need of COVID testing and vaccines they have them too! I love shopping local !!

The first time I came there the employee we dealt with was phenomenal and super friendly (Ellie). Today they were just miserable, from the boy who answered the phone when I called and told me he was too busy to help me, to the girl administering the vaccines who made a snarky comment about me to my daughter. If you're in the business of dealing with customers, hire more people like Ellie and less nasty, impatient people. Won't be returning.

I go to this pharmacy for PCR / NAT testing to get back into canada, Ken is absolutely amazing!! i will keep using this pharmacy for my tests, quick results and amazing service :) thanks Ken
