Disappointed! I booked a 1 hr appt on line for an up do. I was in & out of Patty's chair no longer than 25 min.
I'm the caregiver for 2 dementia parents. I wanted to pamper myself for 1 hour. My hair was not washed & dried.
I told Patty I had a 2 day event & wanted something special & sharp.
All I got was a ordinary sloppy French braid.
Requested style: I asked Patty for a sharp braid for a 2 day event. All I got was a slppy French braid.

I found this location for my mom and she was extremely happy with the service with Peggy! She was a walk-in and got a partial highlight and it looks perfect and was reasonably priced! She enjoyed her conversation and the overall experience. She highly recommends this location:) she's also picky with her hair and Peggy did an overall wonderful job.

Peggy, the owner, gave me a terrible perm. She knew my hair was resistant to a perm. I meant I mentioned it several times. She only left the solution on for 20 min and never checked to see if it needed more time. My hair was completely straight in 18 hours. Certainly NOT worth the $125 she charged me!

Beyond Sensational was the BEST beauty salon I have EVER been to. I had searched for a great place for years and have finally found this. The stylist who had done me, Peggy, was constantly kind and always making conversation to lighten the mood. The other workers there were just the same. I recommend to ANYONE and I will go the for the rest of my life.

I called 4 times while they were open and they didn’t answer and the lady who worked there last time I called was saying they were closed even tho the website said they were open. She charged me more than what it costed. And overall it sucked. I give them a bit fat 1 star

Peggy did an awesome job on my haircut! I walked in & was taken care of right away. She did it the way I wanted, not the way she thought it should be; which is what I prefer. I definitely will be going there for my highlights.
