Absolutely great service. Didn’t have to wait long after calling for service. Kept me continuously updated on the service person’s location. Changed my tire in a matter of minutes and I was on my way again.

Tow truck driver blocking entire entrance talking to a guy. What a great place. No consideration for anyone else. Speaks volumes in how your business operates towing cars off the road. Can’t even move over in a parking lot to speak to someone.How inconsiderate of your employees.

Amazing service and customer service skills!Paul towed my car to the US/ Canadian border. He was very efficient and friendly.He also arranged for CAA to do a pick up as I could not get through with my phone. Thank you for all your help Paul!I would highly recommend Bellreng’s.

Needed to get a tire fixed with a nail inside. Planned on getting the donut put on and driving somewhere and having the tire fixed and all that would entail. No the tow truck guy from AAA from this outfit said I can fix it and you’ll be on your way so he did and for $10.88 my life is back to normal. Can’t thank them enough. I will definitely recommend them!Service: Tyres

Very poor company. Very bad service. I did not mind being towed as the car was in an accident but when they refuse to release my car, refuse to allow my body shop to pick up my car, and they charge storage over the weekend because they refused to release the car it feels and smells like a very dishonest organization. Do not use and I recommend to the town of tonawanda to stop using them.

Its so hard to find a good mechanic that is honest, and I think they're honest. It's also even more hard to find one that doesn't treat you differently, just because you're a female.. I didn't feel that way here at all. I didn't plan on going here, its out of my way completely, but my car didn't really give me much of a choice when it broke down in the middle of a busy street by an intersection! AAA recommended them, so I went with it. Bellreng's offers a shuttle service too! Incase you need a ride home - that's super nice and convenient! They're also, if you couldn't tell, AAA affiliated, so if you have AAA, you get 10% off labor or whatever it is. I can't say much for their pricing since most the work I needed done WAS expensive things (a catalytic converter!!). I give 4 stars because I do think they could've been a little easier on the wallet but again, I did get expensive work done. With that being said, they do take a while on the job.. But I'm not a mechanic, Idk how long things SHOULD take. However, one time I went on vacation after dropping off my car, and they let me keep my car there (since I literally couldn't go get it), for free, and that was really nice of them. ? Idk what else to touch base on but I like them! They do good stuff! ?

I needed my car towed, I called AAA, they sent Bellrengs Towing.They were a little backed up with the rain that day. But the tech was so friendly, and got my car to where it needed to be.Thank you so much for everything!!!!
