I purchased a license plate holder. When I asked the salesman if he would install it for me,he said he had to take care of another customer first. Then Mike said he’d do it for me. The holder needed more screws.Mike went into the store and got some without charging me. Then he put them on for me.GREAT customer service from Mike!!

I stopped in the other evening because I thought I had the wrong bulb for my lowbeam headlight. A very nice young man named Michael helped me out. He sold me the bulb I thought I needed and even went out to install it for me. Turned out I had the right bulb in the first place. I was trying to change the wrong bulb! So confusing. Thank God he helped me and figured it all out. He made my day!! Thank you Michael!! You deserve a raise!!

Was given the wrong air filter, returned it, and was almost given another wrong air filer until I showed a clerk picture of the original. Lol. Saved myself a third trip.

Needed a new headlight bulb for my Toyota. Was greeted promptly by an associate named Mike - he went to look at my car to make sure he could do the replacement. He located the correct bulb, put it in my car, assured it worked, and I was set to go. Wish every customer service experience could be as seamless as the one I had this afternoon. Mike is fantastic.
