“A friend told me to go to AutoZone to fix my brake light. Knew what I was getting coming in from a YouTube video, even though i pulled into the wrong store a block ahead. Guy at the front counter was helpful, gave me a few minutes to figure out what I was looking for before he knew I needed help. Found my 7440 for me which was out of stock at the display. Lent me their socket set without charge. Generally kind all around. They weren't judgey about me being a kindergarten car fixer. He sold me the bulb I thought I needed and even went out to install it for me. Turned out I had the right bulb in the first place. I was trying to change the wrong bulb! So confusing.
