Came there numerous times, me and frank well atleast I thought had a mutual friendship. I came twice to have my car looked at and he didn’t hear the noise I was hearing. I would hear the noise later that day or the next day. Once hearing the noise I recorded it and made another appointment for the car to be seen. When I bring it back and showed him on video the noise I was hearing he said it was the front brakes. I was unaware that each time he was checking the car there was a diagnostic test being ran. Usually when you go to a dealership they usually inform you if they need to do a diagnostic test and let you know the rates prior so that way your aware. Once he told me the prices for the brakes to get done I said can we take a look at a day for me to have them repaired. I told him next Wednesday he said the price will be more. I asked why and Frank got agitated and walked off and started to complain to his employee about the situation. I asked was there something wrong he said yes, he said it was my fault that I came here twice prior and they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with the car and he feels he’s being took advantage of and that nothing is free. I never once tried to get over on frank. If there was a diagnosis being done I expect my mechanic to clarify that with me so that I know there is a balance that needs to be paid when the car is being looked at. I have no issue with paying a balance if need be. He told me I have a reputation at his shop and when I asked him what am I doing wrong he said nothing. Each time I came there usually he’ll tell me the issue I would make an appointment to get the car fix and then that would be that. He seemed like a good person but the discrimination I experience today was terrible and I hope him and his company can do better. As I am reasoning with him and trying to understand where the miss communication is and where the attitude came from he dismisses me and told me he no longer desires to work on the car. There’s a proper way to deal with people when you have a business, I was handled was very rude and in a unfair way and I’m still confused as of why. If he didn’t want to work with me anymore for whatever reason I would have respected being told that prior rather than be mistreated when I was unaware he had an issue with me.

I’ve been going to Frank for a few years now, and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. He takes care of what needs to be done, and never overcharges or tries to upsell.
