Went in to find something by chance and couldn't believe they had it.. employees were polite and helpful

Fine except for the fact that this lady makes kids take off their backpacks at the front door, i understand that some kids might steal, or that they may have had a problem in the past, but I find the t rude and unfair that I have to take off my backpack , it almost makes me not want to go there
