6358 Mill St, Rhinebeck“We recently enjoyed a stay at The Gables Inn, which impressed us with its elegant charm and well-appointed touches. Our room was a delightful surprise, offering comfort and cleanliness that went above and beyond our expectations; perfect setup for our family of 4. It was clear that the innkeepers pay close attention to detail and take great pride in maintaining their property. Our two kids (ages 2 and 5) were particularly fond of the delicious chocolate croissants. The location of The Gables Inn proved to be perfect for our family. Nestled in a picturesque area, it was just a short walk to some fantastic restaurants, Bread Alone was excellent! Additionally, the nearby playground was a wonderful bonus, providing a space for our kids to play and have a blast, which they certainly did. Overall, our experience at The Gables Inn was exceptional. It's a place that understands the needs of a family, as well as the desires of those looking for a touch of charm and relaxation. We would highly recommend this inn to anyone visiting the area and look forward to the possibility of returning in the future.”

135 Partition St, Saugerties“A jewel in the center of Saugerties. Well-appointed rooms--with fantastic bathroom--just steps away from the action in town. This is the second stay here. Are recommending to friends and we will be back.”
“It was the place guest house I have ever stayed. It is difficult to say that it was a guest house, I think it was my second home. She acted like she was our grandma, giving her love, laugh, kindness and generosity. Breakfast cooked by her and her husband Nabil (who is the professional chief) are incredible and delicious. Her breakfasts are like lunch, after her breakfast you will need to eat only a dinner, since she provides so much food for breakfast. Whenever you approach to her, she responds immediately (towel, cleaning, food, help...). We became close friends during 2-week stay, even one family. She even bought a big toy four our son and cooked a free farewell dinner for us, so we had a family talk with her family. It is located in the heart of Red Hook, everything (grocery, cafes, shops and CVS) is so close to her house.I highly recommend to stay only there in Red Hook, if you want to feel the big heart of local people.Rooms: Rooms are fantastic, clean, big and warm.Nearby activities: Everything is around, 2-5 min.Safety: Cameras everywhere, very safe.Walkability: It is the heart of Red Hook.Food & drinks: Incredible and delicious, and a lot.”

500 Frank Sottile Blvd, Kingston“The customer service is top notch. The rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. The hot tub was a nice touch after a long day on the road. The fitness room was small but adequate. We ordered food from the bar and it was very good. We also ate breakfast at the bar/cafe area which was also very good.”

“We enjoyed our stay at the Catskill Motor Court and would be happy to stay here again. We enjoyed seeing happy children playing together on the very nice playground. We slept well in our comfortable and quiet room. This place is an older building that has been refurbished, and our room was very clean. We had plenty of room - our room contained 2 double beds, a couch and table, a dresser and a tv, and there was still plenty of room to move around. We look forward to seeing our kind and helpful host again when we return!”

2790 NY-32, Saugerties“Horrible experience. They claimed that we didn't pay for the room but even after showing them the charge on my card from the hotel, they insisted we must pay again. When we declined they threatened to call the police. Goes without saying the charge will be disputed.”

6387 Mill St, Rhinebeck“Had a delightful lunch in the Tavern. The menu selection is a good mix of their regular dishes plus some excellent seasonal specials. The beer menu is consistently good and I enjoyed a tasty IPA from Hudson Valley. Service was terrific and ambiance is genuinely wonderful. Felt like I’d spot George Washington at another table.”
“Location of this place is great, easy to find, easy to get to. The road out front can get busy on busy days. The room was clean and didn't have any type of smell. Although the bed was really soft and we sank into it. Wasn't too much of a fan of that, but someone else could love it. For the price, it's not a bad hotel.”
“The most magical place. The complementary breakfast is decadent and having dinner at the corner restaurant is an absolute delight. The staff is very thoughtful and they even included at handwritten welcome card in our room when we checked in. If you're planning to stay in the hudson valley this is well worth a visit if only for a chance to dine at the corner.”
