WHY BUY A CAR FROM A DEALER THAT HAS 3 STARS??!
3 days after buying car, check engine light came on, was told to bring it in. Andrew informed me that it was the catalytic converter. He hooked up the sensor then turned the light off. He said he ordered the part. Was told to come in on Monday, called that Monday he said no mechanic. Was given the run around for 3 weeks.
Called 11-10-15 at 11:18am about the check engine light. Was told to stop in and they would fix it.
11-16-15 brought the car in to replace the catalytic converter, was told it was replaced.
11-18-15 car starts to vibrates on acceleration , called was given run around, was told to call back.
After fixing the spark plugs 2 times check engine light comes on saying to fix spark plugs.
Flashing oil light on stop or idle, went there to fix it, only to be told that they did. 2 months later oil light comes back on.
Also didn't fix catalytic converter.
Also on 01-15-16 the car starting revving while driving and wouldn't stop. They did fix that.
After months, of this I finally sold the car, and was rid of that piece of junk, from a junk dealer.
DON’T WALK, RUN AWAY! Why won’t “The Owner” reply to my review, because they know they sold me a lemon...I wouldn’t even buy a bottle of water on a 120 degree day from this place. If they were literally giving cars away I would continue to walk. I could write pages on why this place is a utter disgrace to used car businesses everywhere. They deserve half a star. Also don't trust the 5 star comments on here, as I'm sure they were fabricated by the people that work there. There’s also no way they sell “40 cars a month” I’m willing to bet they don’t. I've talked to more than 7 people after buying my car that said they'll never go back there again. Horrible place in which the "salesman" Andrew and ownership whom is never there have no integrity, which I think is ideal to run a business in which everyone who's involved is making a large investment. Worst business in the Hudson Valley; go elsewhere as I'm sure they have had no repeated buyers. ALSO IF THERES A CHANCE YOU DO WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE, CHECK THE TIRES THEY WILL GIVE YOU OLD TIRES AND JUST ROTATE THEM TO LOOK NEW, AND TAKE IT TO A TRUSTED MECHANIC BEFORE YOU BUY PLEASE.

Yesterday my heart nearly sank, on one of the first hottest days of our season my ac decided to start blowing hot air! I was able to drop my car off in the evening and the next morning my car had ac again, they even gave me an oil change. I know nothing about cars so Im glad they do! friendly, quick and knowledgeable!

They don't even deserve one Star!!!!!!This car has been a freaking NIGHTMARE! THEY WON'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT!! Every time I bring it back thay keep it fir a few days , I get it back with even more issues!! They are the worse!!!!!!!!!

So, I bought this 2008 Subaru in May. I am aware it was a cheaper used car. However, I had to bring it back about 6 times in the first month of purchasing the car for a laundry list of problems, exhaust issues, (catalytic converter, suspension problems, a perpetual wheel shake that appeared, AC system issues, etc. They kept replacing random parts, doing mediocre patch jobs hoping to make whatever the problem was go away long enough for me to get out of their hair I'm sure. Their actual mechanic is a really nice guy, and I'm sure he means well. But overall the experience was poor.Fast forward to today, the car caught fire while i was driving home with my family in the car.... After owning it only 4 months. So no, I do not recommend this dealer.

If you plan to buy a car from this dealer, I would highly recommend having it thoroughly inspected by an independent shop. Would not recommend.

andrew is a crook and a liar. i lost so much money on the car i bought it isn't funny. god knows who he paid to get the inspection sticker.one star is too much.

I can't recommend this place for anything. I purchased a 2006 Subaru wagon from here about a year ago. It was around 5000$ so I didn't break the bank thank God. The check engine light came on within 10 miles of the dealership. The error code was definitely cleared for it to 'pass' NYS inspection for the sale. How is this legal? On top of that, when I left it was raining. I got the car home and the rear seats were soaked. All the windows looked closed so I lifted the car and set it down on jack stands. I heard a horrible crunch and watched in disbelief as the jack stands went through the pinch weld flange that keeps the shell of the car together. The jack stands were in the correct spots. The entire rear wheel well on both sides was gone from rust. The pinch weld points were the same. The floor boards were starting to go too. How they managed to lift this car for repairs and inspection is beyond me but it clearly was not road worthy. I'm thankful it was all handled for me separately and that nobody was injured. The mechanics were friendly. Thus the two stars.

Do not buy your car here. highly do not recommend. I bought a white Impreza from them about 2 months ago and it’s been a nightmare. They didn’t budge on price cause he assured me that a lot of work was done to the car. But guess what no it did not have much if not any work done. Brakes were pad slapped not fully changed. suspension was blown and never touched. And to top it off this car has a head gasket leak that was apparently known but never fixed or mentioned. I’m about 5k into this car to get it running again on top of the 10 that they sold the car to me. Save your money go elsewhere. Trust me it’ll save you a lot of time money and headaches. I do not recommend
