This is the worst pharmacy in Mt. Pleasant, I wish zero stars was an option. Spare yourself the 2-3 trips for a single prescription and repeated exposure to utter incompetence. After my first bad experience, I figured it was just a bad day. Now that I've been burned again during my second experience I won't be back. Probably the worst part is that the staff is so accustomed to negative feedback from customers that pointing out that their service is terrible garners no response. I guess they'd prefer all of their disappointed customers keep tanking their reviews on public platforms. I wrote this while standing on line for 20 minutes to even get to receive the bad service. There are 4 people ahead of me and 4 more waiting behind me to be disappointed. I wished them luck when I left.

Do not use this pharmacy. They gave the incorrect covid vaccine dose to multiple people in one day and are trying to get people in to get the correct dose.

The kids that work here less friendly, slower, and more incompetent than the self checkout machines (of which they have zero, btw).

The pharmacy staff seems not to have not been trained on basic customer service skills. People still blaming COVID for staff shortages and Walgeeen'd deplorable service is getting old. It's clear to me that the shareholders come first if they cannot pay a living wage to hire staff; we know that Walgreens is profitable, but the company's reputation as a whole has declined in my mind more than any other in recent memory. I used to think Spectrum was at the bottom, but Walgreens has reached a new low.

I have been waiting for a prescription 3 weeks. Have gone in person and gotten no results. Tried to call and nobody picks up!!! I am changing pharmacies!!!

The disgrace of the pharmacy in this location is unbelievable.1-the staff is absolutely rude2-they are so slow3-never answering the phones4-overcharging you just because they can.I’m changing pharmacy, and I’d suggest you do too.

im not a customer who asks for too much but SOME DECENCY is the bare minimum TO ASK FOR. Ive been having the issue of dealing with an extremely rude cashier EMMA, from the nametag I SAW. I know the girl has been there for a a while from my MULTIPLE rude encounters. She was rude to other customers and we talked about how terrible her attitude was, slamming peoples items or cutting them off or even just IGNORING THEM! i already spoke to a gentleman with glasses who i was told was the manager, he said he would take care of it but that was weeks ago and she is still there with the same terrible behavior, so ridiculous! The other cashiers are okay, but much better if you have her to compare to.They forget that there is a CVS RIGHT DOWN THE ROAD I only was dealing with this because my ms makes it hard for me to walk and this store was easier for me to move around
