I've been here a few times to shop and get repairs done. The service cost is reasonable. The owner is patient, pleasant, and helpful. There's a pretty good array of jewelry to choose from. Lots of parking spots paces away. It's located in Thornwood Town Center so convenient to everything.

He re-set a diamond that my dad gave my mom. It is gorgeous! I get so many compliments on it. He just did an engagement ring for my son using my engagement diamond, also gorgeous. Recommend highly

I went in to get new clasp for my 18k bracelet. I was told that the new 14k clasp would be $180. I agreed to this price. I left and came back a few minutes later. The salesman gave me back the bracelet with the new clasp. I asked for the old clasp back as it was 18k gold. He said if you take back the old clasp I will have to charge you $250. I said that he didn't tell me this upfront and this was not good business practice. I told him that he could remove the new clasp and I would leave with my old clasp and no deal. He then agreed to the $180. I left and went into Pleasantville to a reputable jewelry store where I should have gone to in the first place - Twin Jewelers. I showed them the new 14k clasp (I did not share my story at first) and asked what they would charge me for a similar clasp. The sales person said that the same clasp would be about $90. WHOA!! I will never shop at Thornwood Jewelers again.

Went in with a simple picture of what I wanted for my engagement ring. Months later when my now fiancé walked in, the jeweler was able to create my dream ring! I couldn’t be happier with the turn out! The diamonds are more than perfect and the overall design of the ring is unbelievable. 10/10 recommend.

I have to say the service I received was phenomenal! He was able to size my ring in 10 minutes (about 1/2 a size), then made sure it fit me perfectly and that I was happy before ringing me up. He even polished the ring for me as well! Probably the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had at a jeweler.

The owner of this store is very professional and knowledgable of the jewelry he sells. He will offer you the best piece of jewelry based on how much you can afford. He even offers to do custom jewelry projects. I bought some glossy beads at Amazon and he made a beautiful necklace out of them for just $50 His expertise and quality of service makes him the best jeweler in town.
