Peter showed knowledge and was willing to speak with me like a human. Peter went above and beyond which is super rare in the world today. If I can ever utilize this post office in anyway or send others to this location I will do so 100% without hesitation. Thank you Peter, I appreciate everything to did for me today!!Dave B.”

“Just wanted to shout out this Greenwich, CT post office and specifically Rashad from the customer service window because they are GREAT! I've been coming to this USPS location for 1.5 years now, and every time I'm greeted with a smile, they are helpful, and efficient in manner. Always appreciated! Also, friendly reminder that being kind to individuals in a customer service role literally takes zero effort on your part. Put kindness out in the world and make someone's day!”
“I had a nice experience at the main Scarsdale post office today, Monday October 23rd. The kind clerk helped me out in processing an in-person change of address request. The clerks helped me out with a smile and it was a plus that there was no line and ample street parking!”
“Anyone who hates the post offices in White Plains, please come to this one! I did something wrong when I changed my address online and the staff here helped me to solve it! Thanks a lot!”
“Katonah postmaster was terrific, I had an issue trying to forward a business address as we moved. Online service was not helpful and she walked me through it and within 10 days or so the business mail started to get delivered, she was patient and so helpful!”

“Easily the best post office I’ve ever used. They have a parking lot (!!) and I’ve gotten to know both postmasters and most of the clerks over the past decade. The staff is professional and efficient and even though at busy times it backs up easily (credit a lot of privileged suburbanites who use the USPS all of once a year and equally unprepared college kids from the two local schools), I have always trusted this post office and the excellent service and support they’ve long given me and my business.”
“It's a small office and like everywhere the customers tend to forget necessary things that make the wait time get gummed up.The staff are friendly and helpful, and they do a good job of keeping things moving.”
“Everyone is always pleasant and courteous. Post offices have a bad rep sometimes but I find this one stress free and easy. I don’t really get the negative reviews. Sometimes packages get lost because it goes through a huge system after it leaves the local branch. I wouldn’t blame them for that.”

875 Saw Mill River Rd Ste 4, Ardsley“Had the best experience. The staff are friendly and knowledgable. Typically I was going to Dobbs Ferry USPS, but their service is rude and rushed. When I found out about this USPS, I was stoked. Joel was extremely helpful assisting me expedite my passport application. I have even gone at 4:58pm when they close at 5pm and they did not rush me out. They kept a very friendly and supporting environment, which I appreciate. Definitely recommend this location!”
“I have have pleasant experiences at this location. It close to my job. I have never waited more than 5 mins, maybe I go in at the right times. Everyone has been helpful and kind. I rather come here then visit my local post office”
“I've read all the bad reviews and I got skeptical although I went and spoke with the lady about it, she said I don't know about , I am new, she also said " I am here to change that"...well let's hope for the best.”
“Every postal clerk I've interacted with in last 3 months has been excellent. They are efficient, helpful, answer questions and are patient. From returning held mail from our vacation, to hand stamping wedding invitations, buying stamps, mailing packages- they are top notch.”
“I absolutely love this post office. Is the line long at times? Yes. Can the service seem slow (only one register open with lobby full of 10 patrons) at times? Of course. Let me tell you the staff makes these mishaps seem like nothing to complain about. Julie( who has retired now for about 2 yrs.), Theresan, Dan and even the new gentleman are all so kind and sociable. When I walked in there about a month after having my baby Thersean said "wait a minute I haven't seen you in a while". What a great feeling. Love love love the staff.”
“The Review That was Here, was Not so Good.I Revised it because ever Since there was an incident, I was not going to come back. I have to admit the Clerk is So Professional, Friendly, and Warm, & That has been consisting for awhile nowOn top of that, just Recently Clerk#8 went above and beyond to make sure my package got mailed. Being Friendly and Helpful Consistently will change people's perception of this Post Office. If I could give 10 Stars I would.(**********).I Also encourage any person who left a Bad review to examine if you should revise it for the better based on what you have seen and are currently experiencing at this post office”

41 Purdy Ave, Rye“We went in for a passport appointment for my daughter at 10 am. We got there 10 mins early (as recommended when we made the appointment) and they were very friendly and opened up a few minutes early to get started on our application. Unfortunately, there were some issues with our paperwork, but we were able to get them sorted out and still wrapped up by 10:05 am. While reviewing the application, the clerk's communication style was definitely direct (but still felt friendly) and I think helps ensure the review goes efficiently and wraps up on time.”
“Generally have had a good experience here - I've never had issues with employees. They're not overly friendly but I would probably be unhappy if I was working there, so I can't really knock anyone for that. I leave my packages there and don't ever really need to stand in lines, more people should just set up stamps.com accounts and they can avoid the hassle of waiting on line at the post office. My packages get picked up and sent.”
“In the past year I have used the Dobbs Ferry Post Office about 2-3x a month to get stamps, mail packages, and recently apply for a passport. Each time the experience has been pleasant, courteous, professional, and low key efficient. A model of public service at its best. Special kudos to the staff, who deserve praise and support.”
“This is a great home town post office. It's small but that's what makes it so convenient. No lines and quick & friendly service. You have to be aware of their hours which are different from the main offices but other than that I really appreciate having it in my area.”
“Got my daughters passport, I travelled here all the way from Brooklyn and I must say the lady who processed the passport application was extremely helpful and kind.”
