Since People's United Bank merged with M&T bank the customer service has been terrible. I will not be returning to the Thornwood, NY location. I am considering closing out my account with M&T Bank and transferring my funds to TD Bank or another reputable financial institution.

Tellers always greet you with a smile and are extremely helpful. Management is friendly and responsible. I have been banking there for years and have never been disappointed.

This is the best bank to do business with. Use any ATM machine anywhere at no charge. Personal service and no fee checking.
