“I had the misfortune of my cell phone falling into water which caused the board that holds the wifi and bluetooth to become damaged - no sim card error. I was devastated. Thankfully Belky (customer service rep) who was so knowledgeable and courteous was able to arrange for a replacement phone through my insurance (thankful I had it). The phone was received the very next day. Normally the data transfer from cell for to cell phone would be simple. However it could not be done without the wifi. Belky helped transfer the data which took awhile to do. She was very patient throughout the process. There were other issues that arose but she was able to handle it proficiently as well as efficiently. Because of her fine demeanor, I was inclined to inquire about other phone and watch offers which I purchased. Great customer service is a valuable asset to any company. AT&T should be proud to have her on their team. Although I I live close to another AT&T location, Scarsdale is my to go place for exceptional service. I will visit again to set up my new purchase. Thank you Belky.”
“I cannot even begin to list the reasons why I’m pleased with the service I received in this store today. We went in without an appointment to move four phones and an iPad from AT&T to them. On top of that two of the four phones were in other parts of Westchester. It was a lot of work. Our representative Ron was absolutely outstanding. He handled EVERYTHING. And I mean everything. It took a few hours to do it all and he did it professionally, thoroughly, kindly and with a smile. Many hours after leaving the store we had an issue with one of the phones that was not with us and we called to see if he was still there. Not only did he take the call but he told us exactly what to do and it took less than a minute to fix. Thank you Ron and the rest of the staff at this location.”

“The best Total Wireless store I've been to yet!! Maria is lovely and very helpful. After nearly getting scammed by the Poughkeepsie store who wanted $450 to $500 for 5 new lines and then dropped it down to a still ridiculous amount of $225, Maria was able to give me all 5 lines on the Total Unlimited 5G+ plan for the true price of $160. And that included everything, taxes, fees, SIM Cards, everything. I have no idea why Poughkeepsie was so dishonest. But this is definitely the store to go to. Excellent and Friendly service, it was a really great experience. Maria also has an adorable little schnauzer named Sammy or Sami (Not sure how it's spelt.) and she's so cute!! ? Just be gentle around her because she doesn't have the best vision and she gets nervous easily and will bark at you. But she won't bite! <:) So, if you don't mind the extra drive coming from Dutchess County or you already live in the area choose this Total Wireless location. Maria is excellent and trust me, you won't be disappointed!!! <:D It's also really convenient for my dad as well since he could stop here on his way home from work in Hawthorne to pay the bill. ? Come here for anything Total Wireless!! ? <:D”

Low cost, efficient, and fast. A+. Try these guys. You won't regret it. I'm a repeat customer from 5 years ago. My review in 2015: They said it would take an hour to repair the broken glass cover of my iphone. It did. $75+/- including tax. Cheaper than taking it to a kiosk at the mall. Phone works great and like-new. Professional, courteous staff. I'll recommend to my friends!”
