“Went in today to get my bracelet fixed and I explain to the gentleman how my bracelet had broke and that another jewelry store told me that I needed a new lock for my bracelet and how I would have to leave my bracelet with them for 3-4 days and the gentleman was just about to take his lunch but he offered to squeeze me in his schedule once he was done with his lunch. He told me that I did not need a new lock and that the other jewelry store was trying to scam me. I truly love doing business with people like that and that can be honest.”

I had to replace a chain on one necklace and with Virginia and Varda’s expertise we chose a new chain which brings out the sparkle in my necklace all the more. “I've been here a few times to shop and get repairs done. The service cost is reasonable. The owner is patient, pleasant, and helpful. There's a pretty good array of jewelry to choose from. Lots of parking spots paces away. It's located in Thornwood Town Center so convenient to everything.”
