“I just bought a new phone from the Verizon store and I wanted to compliment the young man who helped me. His name is AIDEN. He was very helpful and found the best phone for my needs. He helped me get the best plan. He ordered a new phone for me and when he saw that it hadn't come in, he checked and saw they sent it to the wrong store. He drove there to pick it up on his way into work! He spent all the time I needed to explain things. He was so pleasant that I will only deal with this location in the future. I also saw him interacting with other customers and he was kind and patient to everyone. Aiden is definitely an asset to your company. He's a great representative of Verizon. “I’m not one to post these types of reviews but after my experience at this location I felt compelled to do so. During my recent inquiry I had the pleasure of being assisted by Dashawn. He was exceptionally helpful! After carefully analyzing my account, he was able to discover that I was not receiving a promotional discount that should have been applied at time of purchase. Although this was technically a “customer service issue” he aided in contacting customer support for immediate resolution ensuring I received the entirety of the credits adjusted on the account. Dashawn was more than efficient in doing so and I am extremely impressed by his level of professionalism and knowledge to resolve the matter expeditiously. If you’re ever in the area stop by and see Dashawn I guarantee he will not disappoint!”

“Recently redesigned the store after taking over the store next door. More space more options. This is my spot for power cords and snacks. I always find something I want and spend too much here. I go pretty regularly they just have what I need. Staff usually greet customers that come in. Inventory changes often so frequent visits to make sure I don't miss something good.”

“I wanted to get back into vinyl and after a lot of internet research I decided on a Rega planar turntable. Lucky for me this wonderful audiophile shop 20 min from my house was open, had the regas available to trial and they were just wonderful. They set my turntable up and when I get home I just needed to hook it up. Went for the planar 3 without regrets. It’s a beautiful looking and sounding turntable. Would shop again without hesitation. They have truly high end equipment and are thrilled to spend time educating you about the equipment they choose to sell.”

“The best Audio/Video place around!I've been working with Tom for many years in my home media room.I recently blew a bulb in my JVC projector. They sent a technician down within two days with a new bulb. Unfortunately that wasn't the issue I need a new projector. Tom found a new 4k JVC for me and ordered it on a Friday. I had it installed the following Tuesday. Amazing service. Then I needed a new 4k receiver. Once again with lightening speed he had it in my house.Rob the technician is not only a super nice guy but super talented!Front office is professional and always very helpful. The last two times I was in, my shoes were no longer clinging to the floor. Boy, was I ever impressed. “Pos: Store is nice and big. Location has a good parking. Wait time was short for me. I visited couple of stores in the area before, this one give me most positive impression.Cons: Initially I gave them one star, but to be more objective change a review. Most of problems are not because of store, but about Verizon itself. Verizon offering good service for reasonable money, but EVERYTHING took too long. Switch of account would not took more than 30 min, but it took dramatically more for me (calls to support, store visits etc.) I see it as a company policy, they don't respect customers time. And often annoying service. But it have little related to this particular store. Only want to mention to store personal, please don't reset all wifi's and bluetooth on client device without get client permission first, be more careful to not broke sim tray, especially double tray on samsung and don't follow corporate policy by abasing customers personal time. Yeh, short leashes on demo phones looks ridiculous, but looking at violent videos from CA, you know better how to run business.”

“a better then average target in port chester thats been open about a year and is 2 levels of well organized products from a to z. plenty of outdoor parking and easy quick to find main entrance. personally its one of the better stocked and organized target store i have shopped in and basically all dept sections are easy to find while browsing with your shopping cart . picked up a few things on main level and pick up more then a few things on level 2. they have a snack section along with a starbucks if you want to grab a bite or drink during your shopping journey. checkout is a breeze when going to a cashier as self service is slowed down by turtle pace customers. i spent about 130 bucks and got good deals on cargo pants and some stuff for my kitchen and bathroom . dont venture to port chester that much but now i have a good reason , due to the local target in town.”

“Great work done quickly! I brought J&M my 1964 Harmony guitar amp that was crackling with dirty pots and strange gurgles. After a modest charge to change the filters caps and clean all pots and circuitry I have an awesome tube amp that is quiet enough to record with and an mean, clean tone. Great work, old school style!”

“Fantastic service and very honest customer service-plus the sales guy I wish I could remember his name was very friendly when I arrived. They fixed my IPAD cracked screen for much cheaper than Apple would and had it done within 2 hrs once the part came in! They kept me updated every step of the way as to when the part would arrive and how long the repair would take and even called me when it was ready. Everything seems to be working well now and they even took the time to try to remove some bending from the side of my IPAD from when it fell. They seem to care about the work they do and are a much cheaper option compared to the Apple Store for those costly repairs....”
