Bright environment. Very clean. Covid procedures in place like using every other treadmill. It was peaceful. Not loud life some gyms I've been to. Friendly staff

Nice place to work out With a wide variety of classes available. Classes are geared to accommidate a wide range of abilities or you can just work the circuit and do your own thing. Efficient and effective, a great way to spend 30 minutes in a friendly, supportive environment doing something good for yourself!.

I love working out at curves. The instructors are knowledgeable on the machines & exercises. The workouts are great. I feel much better after a session!
