Over the years in today's society most people always seem to have time to complain but never time to say something positive. ( A shame )So I thought I would be the exception rather than the norm.With everything being preformed on line and on ATM , I rarely have a reason to go inside the bank . ( where I have done business for over 40 years )Today I actually had a need to go inside !I was quickly and professional greeted by Crystal. My transaction was effortless and I was in and out of the bank in no time !Sending out a resounding Kudos !Merry Christmas

How can you like a bank where no one ever picks up the phone? Worst customer service ever on the phone and at the bank itself.

Made an appointment, took 20 minutes to drive there, waited for 20 minutes and was told they didn't book the appointment and that we have to wait another 40 minutes. Utterly ridiculous.

Chase is an amazing bank; their services are great and their apps and ATMs are so easy to use. I just went to this branch to deposit a check and get some cash back, and the teller (Irvin) was super nice! 5 stars!

Located in a great location, this is a large and freestanding business with lots of parking. Not the friendliest bank, but then, I have been in a number of Chase locations and no one working there seems happy or friendly. This is a big branch located right in front of Acme.
