They never answer the phone

I went to this store to get a product and the sales associate Kevin didn’t even say a word when I got into the store. He was behind the counter on his phone the whole time. I asked him a question about the product that I was about to buy, the same product was displayed with 3 different prices, he said it was not the same. When I took the product and went to pay he then say that it cost 99.99 I explained that the product was listed on the display for $64.99 so he should sell the product for the price it was displayed as, he said I won’t get the product for that price he called his manager Nazire I think her name was and she was even more rude than Kevin. They both need more training. Kevin walked to the display and took the price off the shelves. I explained that retail does not works like that and they should sell me the product for the price it was displayed. Then he said I have to leave the store I’m not getting anything. Worst experience ever shopping at GNC, the new manager has no clue what she is doing and her sales associates definitely need further training. GNC you can do better. Disgusting customer service, disgusting experience… You guys need the old team back.

They are always out of the smaller whey protein. Shelves are bare.

I'm not sure why they are a 1 star. They had obscure items like cure hydration (a natural plant based hydration). The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Sales associate put the last item aside for me. And loved the fact that it was still there when I went to pick it up. Other places they put aside things for you and once you get there they cannot find it. The sales associate went above and beyond.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They are constantly closing early outside of their designated hours. Their employees leave the store mid day and will close then too. I went to the store this evening to simply buy a shake. Their hours stated they close at 8. Though it was 10 minutes to and the blonde older woman employee was still there, she turned me away and refused to open the door. TERRIBLE customer service. She also doesn't wear a mask in the store! Whoever is the store owner needs to do something about this because its constantly an issue.

Went in there to get some stuff and was helped by Hugh. He is highly knowledgeable and spent his time discussing differences between women products and gave me some recommendations. I would highly recommend seeing Hugh.

I walked into this location and the customer service is horrible. I was never greeted not even when i approached the counter with my purchase. Their was a gentleman behind the counter with a black shirt on by the name of Alex and the only reason i know his name is because the guy standing at the register said it. I said hi and still no response i was looked at like i was an alien. Horrible gnc location they need some customer service skills!!
