Our postal carrier, John, is awesome. He let us know that an Amazon package was mistakenly delivered to a different address. We would have never have found it without his help.
On the contrary, my wife had a poor experience in the actual post office. John more than makes up for that experience. 5 stars, thanks John!

Worst postal service in all the towns I've lived in. The customer service is retarded. Hire more diverse people maybe they will have a better work ethic for the office. You have mailman/women that say they claim to try and deliver items, I've paid for. not you giving them to me for free. Never even attempt to show up. To send me a we tried to reach you between 7am-7pm and were unable to. How is that even a plausible window of time 12hrs? I have to stand by my window. If not I miss a package? Ridiculous.

This review is about a clerk, Camille, at the Tarrytown NY post office. She clearly hates her job. She is angry, unprofessional and condescending.This has happened before, and each time my request was basic. "Can I have the receipt?" She replies "Wait!" with a scowl. The most recent time was horrendous. We called out politely and patiently for a few minutes. Then, she came out from the back to release anger big timeCamille's tone and words are that of an unruly teenager, the worst. No propriety, no desire to help customers. She can't be fired, federal employee. Keep her away from customersI left for another post office and filed a complaint with the Office of the Inspector General

This post office is ridiculous. When you call they never pick up their phone. On top of that I had my diploma being mailed to me. The envelope had in big bold letters do not bend and what did the carriers of tarrytown post office do bend it. Never pay attention. Need to hire new people that pay attention to directions
