The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. This evening I went in looking for a vegan champagne and the gentleman working looked up my selection on the internet (without me asking him to) and confirmed it was, indeed, vegan. So thoughtful of him. I highly recommend supporting this business.

Didn't have a nice experience the last time I went there. Usually, the owner I believe who has helped me out has been respectful and an overall nice guy. However, I went when they were almost closing and the employee or owner was rude and very passive aggressive. If the open sign is on TIME doesn't matter when a customer comes in your store. If it's 10 mins after opening or 10 mins before closing you treat every customer with respect and have common curiosity to not rush them. It's upsetting that a business is treating their customers poorly when patrons are the reason they're still standing. We are spending our money to buy quality products and have a pleasant experience. Not complicated. I'll change my review if I have a better/positive experience next time I go.
