I have been a customer of Regus for some time now, I have never had any issues with this company. I can request meeting rooms in multiple locations in nyc and is always clean and comfortable. Since I've been in Tarrytown Sharon has been a gem. Everyday I see her she's always polite and helpful. If I have an issue I can get it resolved usually in a couple of hours and always with a smile. Sharon has never billed me for services that I didn't ask for and always gives me an explanation of my lease agreement. I have read some of the reviews and I don't know what the issues were but the workers of Regus has always been spectacular. Maybe some people should try to treat people the way they expect to be treated???? I will continue to use this location for all my work/Companies needs. Thanks Sharon you're the BEST!!!!

Tarrytown NY Location - When I originally signed up, all was wonderful. Sharon gave me a tour of the place, explained all the logistics and more so, I was very pleased. As time went on, she became very unprofessional. Originally, I was told that I would not get billed for mail forwarding and, that my bill was due on the 15th of each month. Needless to say, I have never been billed on the 15th and I have been billed for mail forwarding every month. When I asked Sharon, she said that I need to call customer service myself to request a refund every month. It was thankfully corrected recently (after 1 year of dealing with Sharon) by her Manager Kinna who is curteous, professional and extremely helpful. My bill is generated different days of the month with different amounts. The amount doubles and on occasion tripples and my account gets blocked so I am not able to book an office. When I inquire, Sharon is not at all helpful. She gets loud and abnoxious with me, talks about my account in the open with people walking by and, attempts to humiliate and belittle me. I don't know why a big company like Regus has an untrained, rude person on the front line dealing with Small Business & commercial clients. I was a Corporate team leader for many years, it is clear to me that Sharon needs customer service training.

Reserved a meeting room at Tarrytown location in December 2020. the location worked for me and my 3 colleagues. The lady at the front desk was amazing she showed us the space since it was our first time. She informed us of covid protocols which we greatly appreciated. She set us up in our meeting room with WiFi and accessibility to large TV for presentations, if needed. She was extremely friendly and made us feel comfortable given the covid atmosphere . She informed us if we needed anything to let her know she would he happy to assist. We were so apprehensive about reserving a meeting room due to Covid but Sharon made our stay a great one. We look forward to booking a meeting room here again !

I cancelled my account via MyRegus.com as per the direction of the Tarrytown Regus Center. They gave me a date by which I needed to terminate by and I did. They are now saying it was too late and I was renewed for an entire year. Bad business practices, especially during COVID. Regus as a larger organization may be great but this specific location is not responsive to any e-mails and may be doing so purposefully.

Horrible place. The woman in the front was nothing but nasty. She was anything but helpful and warm. Will never have another meeting there again. We had a construction training event and she treated everyone in the meeting as though they would burglarize and vandalize the office.
