I had a big project, and they were able to get all the lights that I wanted. “This shop is a hidden gem nestled in historic downtown Nyack NY. My family and myself were on our way to visit sleepy hollow and stopped in the Nyack area for breakfast and the breakfast and burger club. I love quaint little towns that are like a time capsule filled with unique shops that you don't see everyday. We stumbled across Hickory Dickory Dock and discovered a hidden treasure, a little charm shop with unique gifts and handmade german pieces from German steins, to nutcracker, German incense smokers and beautifully crafted Cuckoo clocks. The shop is something like out of a christmas story book and should be appreciated and preserved at all cost because once this shop is gone, there will never be another one like it. I really loved the German incense smoker a lot and had to buy one which would be my first and the start of a new collection of handmade German craft. I have since then used it and it brings me peace of mind and overall had a great experience and learned a lot from the owner. Don't be afraid to ask questions and know the history behind these beautiful pieces. From what I see, these pieces all tell a story in their own way when combined with using your imagination to picture the setting. My German incense smoker was a depiction of a man holding a fishing rod with a fish caught on the hook, the basket he held also had caught fish. He had on fishing boots, rain coat and fisherman's hat, a water bucket on his shoulder and a pipe in his mouth. When you place the incense inside, the imagination engages and I picture an old man looking out to sea on a rainy and Dreary day catching fish and enjoying a good old smoke. This is a must visit charm that will make it so easy to think about your next gift for your friend, family, or loved ones.”

That’s me every time I leave this store. I purchased everything in this photo for less than $100. And don’t get me started on the furniture.”

“Great HomeGoods location! Similar to a sister store in the area, this store is clean FOR THE MOST PART. Sometimes it seems like things got to hectic and the staff was unable to keep the store neat. The last time I visited this location it was packed, but on my most recent venture, the store was pretty calm and quiet. Obviously it's a HomeGoods, so if your looking to nicely décor your home or apartment (OR DORM) it's a great place to find some nice stuff for a great price!Overall Rating: 8/10”

“I have been working with Melissa Sarhane at Safavieh in Hartsdale for about 5 years now. Every time I need something new, she is my go-to person, and an invaluable resource...always deploying her amazing eye to help pick the "right" piece, the "right" fabric, the "right" finish. Sure, Safavieh is pricey -- but fine furniture, well-crafted is expensive. And so what you hope for is QUALITY. This what Safavieh offers -- spectacular quality across many many of the top makers.
