Clean rooms and amazing staff and customer service. Great place to host a conference. Super accommodating.

really like the place. It's a short walk to Main St Tarrytown and Beekman Ave Sleepy Hollow. It's pretty affordable, has a heated good-sized indoor pool and rooms with patios in the courtyard. It is a little dated with minor maintenance issues like doors to the parking lot that don't work with card readers, etc, but that's fine. My only complaint is their cleaning standards. Stayed there twice recently, on the way to, and the way back from visiting family to break up the drive. On the way to, everything was fine except there were a ton of balloons behind the couch. No big deal, kind of funny really but shows cleaning isn't very thorough. On the way back we were given a room that hadn't been cleaned, unmade bed, dirty towels on bathroom floor etc. That was not cool, but the front desk got us a new room that was clean. Overall, I really like the place but don't be shocked at hiccups with your stay. Oh, the Keurig in the room on the way home was also broken. Not a deal breaker, but annoying. Still worth it and a decent place for the price with a strip mall 2 blocks away that has breakfast, booze, pizza, Asian food, a grocery and a CVS.

Very nice place for a family reunion. Has stairs between rooms which might be inconvenient to some. The staff were friendly and accommodating.Noteworthy details: Mikvah on premises

Front desk representatives are very professional. I didn't have to wait to check in.

Came just for a Bite and a Drink. Restaurant was Closed. I was asked to move from Seat I took due to Religious Circumstances. Not cool. Air Conditioning hardly on. Heard people complaining at Front Desk about their rooms. Would not stay here. It was a lot better, not 5 Star better, but as a Hilton Property, there were Protocols. Thankfully it is close to Rte 287 so we left to come back to White Plains to get our snack.

This is not a Doubletree anymore, they lost their flag and changed to a private owner. They didn't honor our ADA reservation and put us in a room that was not wheelchair accessible, even though we reconfirmed our needs 4 times since making the reservation 4 months ago. Manager said with an attitude 'well did you get it in writing?' when we said they guaranteed our ADA needs. (Room was booked over the phone). Awful guest service, looked us out of our room 2 days into a 4 day stay; had ants in the room, missing basic amenities (hairdryer, TP, coffee cups) and there were ants in the room.Negative stars do NOT recommend.

Not a lot of competition here. No longer a Hilton, independently operated. Rooms are clean but a little rundown. Worth searching for discounted rates. Best compromise near to Tarrytown.

Wifi was “down”. I get the feeling it’s always down. Restaurant was closed also. Lobby looked nice but room was okay. Very pretty grounds and nice front desk staff. I’d stay somewhere else next time.

Sad when the hotel looks amazing pool is perfect temperature. Yet the survive sucks when you put the please freshing the room sign and the people who work there don't even touch the room . You go out and by garbage bags to keep in your hotel room so it's clean for your kids. Only 2 towels for a family of four that's sad. No towels so the kids can use the pool that you're paying for them to use while you stay. Or when you ask the frount desk for towels enough for four and 2 extras for the pool and get a ride commentary and rude atmosphere. Just asking to make sure that our vacation is enjoyable for our stay and your hotel fell very short and I will not be staying again.

It use to be Doubletree. It was good then. If you don't look closely it still looks great....as you enter. They use to give warm greetings as well as warm cookies. The place was beautiful..with comfortable beds..so clean and modern. NO MORE. Most of the people working there are in no hurry to serve you. . Restaurant Way over priced. The room wasn't that clean. Cobwebs everywhere .etc. the room was suppose to have double beds....the beds were maybe a couple of inches bigger than a twin. No room service..no vending machines. Very limited selection of drinks and snacks at the front desk.(again ..where no one was in any hurry to serve) very under staffed and a good deal of them just barely civil to the customers. The side security door we used to be closer to our room was broken. Didn't lock or really shut at all. The pool was suppose to be open until 11 ...it was closed at 9 30. We tried to tell the front desk person that night and the morning....but they took so long to even acknowledge us, and so we gave up. I always try to say something nice. The main bathroom was very nice, the parking lot well lit and the gym was all new. We won't go back there next year.

The mattress was horrible, I had side and back ache sleeping on it. The room had issues from the filter not being changed to the tub with backed up water. I cut my stay short and went home because I was not impress with the kind of services they were offering. I will not be visiting this place anytime soon. This Is the first hotel I ever stayed in Tarrytown that had so many issues. I would not recommend.
