Steve is a master craftsman. I purchased our wedding bands and engagement ring from him years ago and recently had them resized by him too. The rings look even more amazing now than they did new. Women, please don’t go here. The rude and misogynistic energy hits you as soon as you walk in the door. I was overcharged for a ring resizing. When the resized ring was still too big, I was told it’s because I didn’t have enough meat on my bones. Granted it was ‘a joke’ but a clear deflection of blame when someone can’t do their job right.

I took a piece of high-quality jewelry in for repair, not expecting that these folks could do it properly. They not only did, but polished it so that it looks like new. They additionally resized a ring within the same order and gave me a loaner while I was waiting for the resizing. Wonderful craftsmanship and customer service. Highly recommend.

I walked in the store with my friend and we were talking about a past purchase made by my friend. As we were in the store, he was very pushy and judged my friend based on looks, which made us never wanna come back again. BE NICE TO YOURSELF and STAY AWAY from this place. I don't like dissing small business owners, but the experience was just painful from beginning to end. Poor communications, price haggling and it took too long to get back a simple chain fix. I went in to the store on the twelfth day to pick it up even if it was not fixed, only to find out it wasn't even in the store. Really irritating!

Great place to buy or sell a Rolex. Ask for Steve. There is always a great selection of steel sport models in stock. I stop in once or twice a month to check out the new stuff or to have my straps swapped out. Steve is very open and transparent about his prices and will find any model you are looking for. If you are a Rolex collector it is nice to have a place like this to go to see the watches and talk to a knowledgeable jeweler like Steve. It a relaxes environment to sit down and try them on a bunch of watches. Stop in to say hi and see what they have in stock!
