“Craftmaster Hardware, is where it's at! I'm a Maintenace Techniacian and a good portion of my job requires locksmithing. I exclusively shop here for all my locksmith needs. Why would I exclusively shop at one place? The answer is quite simple. They have unbeatable prices, fast shipping, and phenomenal customer service! The company I work for has an account with them, so the prices are ridiculously cheap; there's is absolutely no comparison. Their prices are usually 20-25% cheaper than the regular retail price. They're really good about shipping. Anytime I purchase an in stock item, they'll ship it out the same day and I will usually receive it the next day. Their customer service is top notch, I usually deal with a sales rep by the name Don; Don's the best! If I have any question about something I'm not familiar with or what kind of lock would be good with a certain application, he's pretty good at making a suggestion. A couple times I needed some out of stock items expedited and he was able to get them to me fairly quick. There's also been instances when I needed a something same day and I was able to pick it up directly from them. If you're a locksmith or a technician I highly recommend you check this place out!”

I still have Many Screwdrivers, Wrenches, and Other Tools from over 20 yrs ago and I Do ALL OF MY OWN MECHANICS. From Cars, to Trucks, to Motorcycles, and Home Remodeling, and Construction. Super friendly and helpful staff and well stocked for a local hardware store. They carry most everything I need to complete all the odd jobs around the house. Good size parking lot next to his place as well. prices are all competitive which makes this place a good go-to for basic needs CONS: The selection size is not as big as other hardware stores; Ace, true value, and obviously big box stores like Home depot OVERALL: If you're looking for a simple hardware store this is the place to come to. I don't expect them to be as big as the Home Depot, but for basic needs they're good”

“Today I broke a pole that my wife uses to hang her laundry to dry.There were about 6 things on it when I broke it.This was about 4:55 PM.I too the pieces and jumped into my car and drove there.The lights were on but the hours sign said closed at 5 PM.The time was 5:04 PM.I banged on the door and someone opened it.They told that they were closed.I told them about the pole.They get a pole for me and I paid for it.THE IRVINGTON HARDWARE store is GREAT.I have used them many times in the past and always was happy.This time I WAS VERY, VERY, VERY, VERY HAPPY.They are a great store.I recommend them totally.”

“Really good hardware stores, are more than a nice-to-have, they're a necessity. Located on Main St, parking can be difficult at times but that's the biggest drawback. Goldberg's has just about every hardware necessity you could need; paint, tools, keys, wood glue, they got it all. Service is great as everyone working here is family and this actually cares about what they're doing. I didn't have any big questions when I was there, but I heard them helping others and they clearly know what they're talking about. Prices are reasonable.I'll take this any day over sorting through a gigantic warehouse of shit with people who don't want to be there. Local hardware stores are a godsend, and this is no exception.”
