The pharmacist at CVS in North Tarrytown is always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Whenever I have a problem , he has helped to solve it. The rest of the staff is great too. Thank you for terrific customer service.

Very rude manager. I don't know her name, she is by the door when you walk in, usually at night, long dark hair heavy set. Seems like she is a manager, might be just a worker. I asked her where can I find something. Her response with an annoying face "in its section!". If I knew where its section was I wouldn't ask you! Very rude and this is not the first time she was like that. However, Peter another worker is super nice, very helpful, very friendly and professional. I used to try going during the day because of him and also so I don't have to deal with that rude woman. Also, the cashier at the pharmacy, young woman, brownish long hair, maybe Irish(?), super nice and helpful. The one with glasses looks hispanic, short, older, not nice at all, bad attitude. I've been going to this place for years. This is not the first time this happened. I'm fed up with them so I'm ready to make a comment on them. Lately I started going to another store, I might just keep doing that from now on.

Went in at 7pm for a passport photo and was told the machine was off, come back tomorrow before 8pm. Called the next day to confirm and was told to come in anytime. Arrived at 7pm and was told again by the same employee that she had just turned the machine off and there was nothing she could do.

I walked in looking for an apple gift card and immediately heard someone getting loud and rude to find out it was an employee talking disrespectfully to a customer. It was quite embarrassing to even listen to. When the manager came to take over she still wouldn't stop being disrespectful to the customer. It was disgusting.It was the kind of things you hear on the street and not in an establishment by an employee to a customer.

The CVS store at 350 South Broadway has now been profiling their customers. Maybe they should try hiring decent help and open up the registers once in awhile. If you have time to profile customers then you certainly have time to clean up the front end of the store and open registers and engage with customers. Instead of attacking them at the self checkouts!

PHARMACY IS THE WORST. After sitting on HOLD for 45 mins. 17 times each- I was told by the RUDE pharmacist that they were finally transferring my prescriptions to my new CVS pharmacy the next town over. Fast forward a month and when they NEGLECTED to do so- I was then told to "figure it out myself" by calling the new pharmacy. Once I did just that- the new CVS pharmacy told me to go back to the old pharmacy and tell THEM to do it. Exasperated- I pointed out that "You are the SAME COMPANY- why can't you simply go into the computer and change the address?"The RUDE and unhelpful pharmacist told me "We cannot do it. Call your doctor". The app is a JOKE as well. Going in circles trying to transfer prescriptions provokes the app to ask for refills early. CVS BLOWS!

This review is only for the pharmacy, the store itself seems to be pretty standard. The people working at the pharmacy are so rude and impatient with me when I come here. If there's anything I don't know or understand, and it's insurance and healthcare so there's a lot I don't know/understand, they usually refuse to help me. Like hello, you see me here all the time I'm always nice and I'm picking up a lot of medicine, maybe I could use a little bit of compassion? Writing this review made me sad.

Went to the pharmacy to go pick up medication for my baby. A lady working at the pharmacy told me to hang tight so I decided to look around. I went back and waited in front of the pharmacy for additional 10 minutes. When I noticed that 30 minutes went by I went to the Lady that was working who had told me to wait, what was the update. She then tells me that they run out of the medicine. I got frustrated and asked her why she didn't call me to tell me. Now i am Upset with a sick baby. she tells me that she did not call me over to tell me because claimed she was looking for the medicine At another location. Which I had to wait another 10 minutes for so I think it was BS. Instead of asking me if it was OK for her to look at another location And asking which location would be best, there was no communication. she just had me waiting there. Instead of understanding my frustration season begins to get an attitude and she walked away from me. The pharmacist in the back that was separating medication came to assist me and helped me pick another location that was convenient for me. This is the last time I ever come to this pharmacy. So unprofessional and extremely rude seems like a lot of them don't know what they're doing. The lady that also got an attitude with me frustrate another customer and he yelled at her. Seems like she gets that effect on people. I didn't get her name but she definitely should not be working there. I changed my pharmacy to the other cvs and so far it has been pleasant.

Had an important doctors appointment at 2pm. Specifically called that morning to confirm that I’d be able to pick up my vaccine at 1:45. Got there and they said sorry, we’re on our lunch break until 2…Got the manager and she didn’t do anything. One Pharmacist had a nasty attitude too. Annoying.

They never submitted my vaccine record to the state. I went in twice asking for them to follow up, said they would but of course did not. I spent FORTY minutes on hold (two calls over 20 mins each) only to be put on hold the second someone answered and THEN HUNG UP on. I know better than to get prescriptions at CVS (unless forced by my insurance) but hope getting a Covid vaccine wouldn't be the typical nightmare of CVS. But it was. If you're able use Capsule - they have customer service and quality.
