Maria Birgy listed my home. She did a superb job advising me about the preparation of my home for sale. She was patient and supportive yet clear. She helped me prioritize the preparation work so that the most important things were taken care of. When we set up my home for sale, she arranged the furniture so that the rooms felt larger and yet cozy and appealing. She hired an excellent local photographer who captured just what we wanted to convey about my home. I cannot imagine working with a more skilled realtor.

We worked with the team at Corcoran Legends Realty of Tarrytown in late 2020 on the sale of our townhouse and purchase of our new home. We had such a positive experience with both. Elvira helped us search for our new home for months, always getting us in to see new listings the minute they hit the market. Her knowledge of Tarrytown and the surrounding area is incredible--it seems she knows everyone and everything! She stayed calm when our emotions got the best of us and led us to a smooth and amicable deal. Most of all, we love our new home! On the sale of our townhouse, she offered great advice on pricing and timing. We trusted her completely to negotiate with the buyer's broker on our behalf and we had an accepted offer within days of listing. This wasn't our first time using Corcoran Legends of Tarrytown as they helped us with the sale of a condominium in 2017. We hope to be in one place for some time but if we ever need real estate help in the future, we won't hesitate to work with Elvira and her team.
