“We have used this branch for 25 years. Never had any issue with any of the staff. Always courteous, always helpful. The personnel has changed over the years has not diminished the service at all. We some times used the Chase branch near the train station and they are great as well. We see no reason for any negative comments. BTW we are not blond/blue eyed.”

“Well, apparently my experience in that branch has been different from that of the community. I am Latina and I have received good attention from all the employees, especially Crisaury Polanco. She has always been attentive and has resolved my requests with professionalism and cordiality. The only complaint I have about the branch is that for more than a week the ATM, which is 24 hours a day, has one of them that is defective and does not take a deposit and they have not fixed it.”
