SLOW... VERY VERY SLOW. Even when there is no line at the pharmacy there is still a 15 to 30 min wait for your vaccine or prescription.. they know you're sitting there and they just keep doing something else. They move at a snails pace...and even slower if you're at the window

This was a nice Walgreens! Lots of parking, nice employees, place is clean, and many registers. No problem going back there

This pharmacy is by far the worse. Not only do they take forever to service you they are constantly making mistakes. They cancelled a prescription of mine and then when I went back to refill they wouldn't refill because of their mistake. A mistake they fully acknowledged. As a result, I went 2 days without my medicine because they were closed on Sunday and refused to give me a few pills to last me until they reopened and were able to contact my primary physician. This was not the first time something like this has happened. It's so unfortunate that my pharmacy closed down as a result pandemic. This place is unprofessional and should be reported for irresponsible and dangerous treatment to their clients.

I remember when there was a dumpy service station on this corner with a lot full of junky cars. What a delight to see a big spacious Walgreens. Got some clearance candy bars at a good price and the cashier was very pleasant.

I live in Northvale and have been coming to this Walgreens for more than two years to fill my prescription, then in august I was told by a new pharmacist that I didn't recognize that she wouldn't fill my prescription and when I inquired to what changed and why she wouldn't fill it I received no response. The previous pharmacists Ive dealt with have been cordial and helpful so this rating isn't Walgreens as a whole but a specific person, I hope Walgreens can remedy this so I can continue shopping there. If they have Ill post an updated review.

I gave you one star because I could not post without a rating. I took my wife for her second Covid19 vaccine on the September 8, 2021, her first one was on August 11, 2021 and the Pharmacist on duty was one of the most unpleasant person I've ever had to deal with, her attitude was the worst, she acted as if she was doing us a favor when in fact we were looking for a little guidance and some assistance. The experience was just as bad for the first vaccine and I thought that she may be having a bad day and gave her the benefit of the doubt. I work as a sales person and am totally aware of how important customer service is because everyone of your employees are representing Walgreens. While we were there there were some senior citizens also complaining of her attitude and her lack of compassion for someone that may be a bit confused by all the forms that are required to be filled, my wife was able to help a few of them out. One lady even made the comment that she hopes that the nasty pharmacist isn't on duty today. I don't want to see her let go but management needs to speak to her for a serious attitude adjustment. Do please keep in mind that CVS is right down the street and we do live in Tappan and either pharmacy's are equally accessible. Thanks and the best of luck with rectifying this issue.

My family of 4 was scheduled for a covid test today. As I arrived at Walgreens I received a phone call from Tina stating that the pharmacy was closed today due to a lack of employees and that we could not receive our Covid test and I would have to go elsewhere for my test. I explained to Tina that we were flying out of the country and needed our tests done in a specific period of time. Tina called me back a few moments later and said that she would drive 4 tests to another Walgreens location so that we could receive our tests there. Thank you Tina!!!!!!

Hard to reach. The phone number listed rings busy and doesn't accept messages. Find another pharmacy.

The pharmacists here were the rudest and most publicly offensive and humiliating people with which I have ever dealt. I understand we need to be careful with prescriptions these days, but their barrage of questions, literally yelling about my family physician's "scope of practice" was astonishing, particularly for a non-narcotic and routine medication. They seem not to value human dignity here at all. It all was cleared up with a simple call to my doctor, but not before the pharmacists themselves made an embarrassing scene. Avoid them.

I was really hoping I would have better luck with the pharmacy at this Walgreens then the one in Hillsdale . Unfortunately that wasn't the case , the pharmacist was really rude to the older woman in front of me just for simply asking a lot of questions. Yes I understand, this was holding up the line but customer service comes first and respecting your elders should just be a given. This set the tone for the pharmacists day though, she was rude at drop off and pick up of my prescription. It's only the Pharmacy of Walgreens I have a problem with - the staff at the store were very friendly .
