Disgusted with their service. None of my concerns or questions were answered. Timothy only answered what is convenient for him to answer and it led nowhere. Never acknowledged that he failed to follow through and his office dropped the ball which led me to over pay two years for auto insurance without reimbursement. He gave me a 1-800 number to make a complaint with disregard to my dissatisfaction with him and his staff for not taking responsibility of their wrong doing.

Timothy Fay and his staff have always been attentive to my insurance needs. When I call with either a question or action that needs to be taken, they take care of everything immediately... I have used their services for over 40 years.

Tim and Marion are always still so friendly, and knowledgeable about all of our concerns. We are fortunate not to have needed to file any claims, and our insurance rates are remaining about the same, even with inflation. We've been customers for over thirty years and they hold policies on most all of our insurance needs. Yet, they are quick to respond and always have a variety of options for us as we go forward. WOW!! Great experience. Savings were significant over my prior insurer who I was with for over 30 years. Nice to have a local insurance agent again, rather than having to call an 800 number and talk to a stranger. Tim and team were cordial. professional and knowledgeable.

I've been with Allstate for over 30 years. Hands down the best service and lowest rates. Without naming other companies that promise lower rates and whatnot, there is no comparison. They've helped me out when I was really in need and they actually should have even cancelled my insurance at one point. I had ignored something in the mail and did not realize I was due to be cancelled for non payment. They had to go through a bit of trouble for me with DMV, but they did. Marion is my present agent, but others have helped me as well even if I walked into an Allstate at a different location. I've also had the pleasure of having Francis Kennelly as my agent years ago. I'll soon be joining the motor club and possibly homeowner's insurance just a little bit more down the road. I highly recommend Allstate for all of your insurance needs.
