Called this place to make an appt, trying to find a new primary care doctor. Asked if they take my insurance the receptionist was just blatantly rude and condescending for no reason whatsoever so I'm moving on to find a different doctor.

Dr. Ibelli is an incredible family physician. Very thorough and attentive. His decisions seem to always be on the money, where my well being is concerned . The office staff are all wonderful people and very pleasant to interact with. An exceedingly well managed medical office. I couldn’t imagine bringing my maladies anywhere else. I highly recommend this practice.

Unbelievably incompetent support staff at this office. Insanely frustrating to engage with. The doctors and nurse practitioners have great bedside manner, but, truly, at what cost when the front office staff make the experience totally and completely unbearable?

Dr. Shapiro and all the staff are remarkable. I am so happy I found this practice for my grandmother. Everyone is so attentive , barely have a wait time. Dr Shapiro have the best bedside manner, so knowledgable and makes us feel we are getting the best care possible. We trust her so much.

Placed on old for 30 minutes at a time. Prescriptions either called to wrong pharmacy or not called in at all. Of course, placed on hold for 30 minutes when I call to check if there was some type of problem. And the max daddy of them all, schedule a Zoom appointment with me and never show up.

Most unprofessional doctors office I've ever been to I had to call day after day to get them to send my medication to the CORRECT pharmacy. On top of that I was lied to consistently about the doctor being notified that it was even sent to the wrong pharmacy in the first place
