Spoke with company multiple times over the phone and every time I was assured that my area was not going to be a problem. I decided to give them a chance cancel my service with bliss due to raising the rates. A week later after I purchased new trash cans and paid my first month I get a call from the same person I spoke with and tell me they don’t service my street! You just created a very large inconvenience for a customer that is not how business should be gone should know your areas! What a big waste of time you don’t deserve to have a good customer rating

Never ever had a problem. Had them my whole life. When I was a kid on Gore road over 35 years ago, I remember a knock on my door because I forgot to take the garbage out. Actually happened several times. They always made sure I got it before they move off.

These guys are the best .. They are very reliable always here when we need them ..They go above and beyond for us by doing more work than they are expected .. We have a dumpster but there always seems to be stuff outside the dumpster that needs to be tossed in the truck.. and they always pick everything up without complaint ... couldn't ask for a better company to deal with ... thank you so much for all you do .. A-ok campground & marine
