Although I found the dress I was looking for, I was so nauseous by the smell of the store. I learned from other people in Syracuse that it’s been like this for months. It saddens me to think that employees are working through that smell that could potentially be harmful to their health. I hope destiny or maintenance is able to do something about it.

I have tried to shop in this store twice, but both times couldn’t be in there for more than a minute or two because the whole places smells STRONGLY of cat pee. I’m not joking, I can’t imagine the reason for this but it makes shopping there very difficult.

Terrible Return Policy. Drove one hour to the store today to return dresses that I bought last Wednesday (must return by this Wednesday to make 14 day range). I understand that because I didn't have the original credit card I used to make the purchase it was hard for them to return. However, I found the workers attitude to be very inflexible and rude. I even found the happy return and fedex return policy online but employee said they do not support it. Extremely misleading directions, can't wait to return the dresses and will never return again. Do not reccomend.

I drove 1 hr just for the cashier too literally steal from me! They rung up my jewelry and never put it in the bag! Very disappointed! Will never shop there again!

The problem is not the merchandise, but the poor customer service at this particular store. It didn’t start out that way. There was a young lady working the dressing room and she was quite attentive and welcoming. By the time we were ready to make a purchase, our experience changed. My daughter and I stood at the register for quite some time waiting to purchase the dress we had picked out. There was a person behind the register but she didn’t speak or acknowledge us. After several minutes she walked away to a group of employees at the middle of the store, telling them that someone needed to go to the register. We still had to wait several more minutes for someone to come over and ring us up.We drove 1.5 hours specifically to visit the store to find and buy a prom dress for my daughter, only to discover that the associate failed to remove the security tag when we returned home.I am feeling quite annoyed to have to travel an hour and a half just to have the tag removed. If I had a choice in the matter, I would just return the dress. I know people make mistakes, so the tag not being removed was just icing on the cake for me.

Tried to return a black bodysuit at Windsor today, was never worn and when I tried to wear it the zipper was already broken. The First Lady told me I couldn’t return it, but could give me store credit. I was bummed, but was happy she would at least give credit back. While she was putting in my email, an older lady with short curly hair, Mohawk, denied me store credit and was extremely rude to my friends and I. So now, I have a black body suit I can never wear, no refund, and will not go back to that Windsor because of that worker.

Poor customer service.I was told to leave the dressing room because I was a man. So my girlfriend had no one to help her try on her dresses which needed to be tied/zipped in the back. I wasn’t even able to take photos for her or give feedback on her dresses unless she walked all the way out into the main store so that I could see her.They also don’t allow returns on the majority of their dresses. So we weren’t even able to try them on at home and return them if they didn’t fit.The policy and atmosphere put a damper on something that is normally an enjoyable experience for us.
