The Salvation Army of Syracuse has worked with Visual Technologies many times, and each time they deliver. They provide smooth and reliable AV service for our largest fundraising event, which is around 800 people. They are knowledgeable, responsive, and great to work with, and for such a large event that is crucial. We will continue to rely on them for our AV needs!

InterFaith Works of Central New York has worked with Visual Technologies for years, and we have never been disappointed. This year outshone them all! The evening of our largest fund-raising event, the InterFaith Leadership Award Dinner, a storm took out all power to our venue. Auxiliary lights came on, but we were without the power necessary to run our video, presentations and music. Tim Allen from Visual Technologies went above and beyond under extraordinary circumstances to get us as functional as possible. He was relentless in his pursuit and creativity in trying to get things up and running, and eventually Tim did manage to squeeze out enough power to show one of our presentations. Tim is a true professional, and he came up to me several times to apologize for his inability to make the dinner’s A-V perfect. Tim is dedicated to his work and Vis-Tec’s clients. I have worked with Visual Technologies for all of my audio-visual needs for the past 20 years, and their service and expertise continue to be outstanding. We hosted a statewide conference at the Downtown Marriott the last week of July, 2023, and once again Visual Technologies did an excellent job. They planned the AV specifically to meet our needs, were on-site to assist during the conference, and went above and beyond to be sure everything went smoothly. Problems with AV can make or break an event, and that's why I am grateful to be able to work with a company that always delivers.
